    The place is outstanding, we loved it all. Staff are excellent, Tonmai and Boat were great. The bed was super comfy really what you expect from a high end establishment. Thank you Silavadee for an experience we will definitely come back for. Food was amazing, the breakfast is really good portions are small but food is high quality so you can try many things. Gym is small but you can get a run in and do some free weights.

    Feels like a 6 star hotel. You get towels in the toilets. And the breakfast menu is awesome. Our family are vegan and they can customise almost everything! They have great complimentary minibar and everyday a little snack surprises for us. 2 nights were too short for us.

    Amazing stay! However, the place is quite secluded, so it's best if you have your own transportation (car or bike). Grab rides can be expensive.

    Do not believe everything you see and read on the website and if you do, do so cautiously. Staffnwhen they do engage do so with cookie cutter rigidity. Guests left waiting to get a table while staff are on n the back having enjoyable conversations. Tables unbussed. Water sports? Forget it, waiting for the enigmatic “high tide” even though we were at the sea sports centre precisely when the tide tables said we should. Having said that the entire shoreline is a minefield of rock. The reason why the kayaks and boards cannot go out. Other disingenuous items? Menus that are publicised but unavailable when enquired due to ‘seasonal’ reasons. Spa? Even without the construction taking place just meters away, yes, we were forewarned, image circular saw meets sheet metal, the resorts own twin aircon compressors will accompany your treatments. Villa 11, where we are, is a typical seaside accommodation that has seen better days with rotten split wood furniture, corroded metal screen, housekeeping that leaves trash uncleared. The property itself? Paint peeling, delaminated boardwalks. Rickety dining chairs. It is proven time and again in my experience that a 5 star rating in more mature destinations tend to truly be 5 stars. But in less mature locations 5 is actually 4 or in this case, 3.
