Came here as part of my honeymoon. The most percent hotel ever and the personal was so nice and sweet. I will definitely come back and visit again

This is a lovely beachside resort and d staff wete attentive , however we were happy that we were only staying 3 nights as a couple as it wasn’t very relaxing the beachfront pool where children were constantly jumping in and parents were oblivious to this We had our last day at the Sanctuary pool adults only pool but it had no cooling breeze and was very warm in the water. On one occasion we were out at 10am and back to our room at 2pm only to find that housekeeping hadn’t been not acceptable claiming to be a 5 star hotel and drinks and meals were way expensive, it is out of the way resort which means to go into Fisherman’s Wharf and Chaweng for dinner would be expensive cab ride I would only recommend for families with young children not for couples and be prepared to wait for a while for hotel to arrange a cab at very expensive price as obviously they would prefer you to eat at their restaurant.

Horrible setup for 4 adults. One of us had to sleep on a cot that would fit a small child, the other on a sofa that converts into a small bed (although a bit larger than the cot). Location was very far from most things, this would be ok if there was a nice beach, but the beach was not good in comparison to others in Thailand. Stayed in much better accommodations for much less money.
