    Pros: - Buffet breakfast spread was great, there’s a nice kids corner - Club lounge was nice too, but there could be more variety of cookies/ snacks in the afternoon - Food at the hotel restaurants are nice, there’s a fireshow at Sesun grill on weekends, which the kids really enjoyed Cons: - Sofa bed is slightly narrow and not flushed against the wall - smaller children might run the risk of rolling off the bed - Hotel location is far from the city, not many amenities outside of the hotel. You will need to take a taxi or hire a scooter to get around Koh Samui.

    Wow!!! We had the best time at the hotel! The staff was super welcoming when we arrived and helped us check in quickly as we got the the hotel pretty late after our flights. The rooms are big and clean and have an amazing view. We loved the pools!!! Honestly the best hotel!

    Here’s a polished and balanced version you can use: We had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very good, friendly, and always helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, and the garden area was beautiful and relaxing. The room was also nice, clean, and comfortable. However, there were a few downsides. There were quite a lot of children around the property, which made some areas feel noisy at times. The beach was smaller and less attractive than expected. In addition, the room category we received seemed different from what was originally booked, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it is still a good property with strong service and nice surroundings, but there are some areas that could be improved.
