APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Quiet 3-room apartment on the ground floor, ca. 105 m2, facing south. Entrance with hall stand. Living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fire place and a terrace. Phone, radio and TV. Separate wood kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with two single beds. Bath/toilet/bidet/sink. Shower/toilet/sink. Country-style furnishing. Sauna usable with reservation. Garage. Shared ski and bike room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Rabgiusa is built in 1990 in the Engadine style at the entrance of the village Sils Maria. Cross country skiing runs are near the house. The Furtschellas cableway is reachable within 10 minutes by foot or even faster by bus. The bus stop is 50m away. Busses run during the winter season every 30 minutes in all direction. Hiking trails are in the surrounding area.

Everything ok, very responsive to our questions Everything ok, maybe it could be set up a way to leave the key in the apartment or in a security box in the building when it's departure date without leaving it back to Loga office, but not really an issue just a suggestion. Very beautiful apartment, we would definetly stay here again. Maybe some little renewals could be a plus (e.g. Bathrooms, structure of the bed a little noisy when you move, outdoor furniture)

Very professional. Flexible and responsive with last minute changes. I accidentally transferred too much money and Loga was quick to let me know and refund the money.

Alles tip top. Wir hatten eine tolle Ferienwoche mit wunderbarem Herbstwetter. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute bei der Loga. Manches ist in dieser Wohnung ziemlich alt. Kaum Platz um Kleider gut verstauen zu können. Würde diese Wohnung nicht mer mieten.

Wir hatten es sehr geschätzt, dass wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurden, dass an unserem Abreisetag keine Putzequippe komme und wir uns somit mehr Zeit lassen durften mit dem Verlassen der Wohnung. Im mitgegebenen Schreiben stimmt der Ort für die Abfallsack-Entsorgung nicht. Bei der Bushaltestelle gibt es keinen Container, dafür bei der Garagen Einfahrt und auf dem grossen Parkplatz in der Nähe des VOLG. Super gut ausgerüstete Küche! In den Schlafzimmern dürfte es mehr Verstauungsmöglichkeiten für Kleider geben. Man kann Kleider nur aufhängen; bei zwei Personen und nur einer Woche kein Problem. Mit vier Personen würde der Platz kaum reichen.

Danke, dass wir den Schlüssel am Bahnhof entgegennehmen könnten. Der kaffeekapselservice war super. Die Wohnung und die Austattung der Wohnung sind sehr gut und praktisch. Terrasse ist perfekt und angenehm. Der Fernseher ist nicht so bedienungsfreundlich. Sonst alles perfekt. Herzlichen Dank!
