Kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee CHICCO D'ORO machine. Shower/toilet/sink. One double bedroom with balcony. Bath/toilet/sink. One bedroom with bunk beds for two persons, access to the balcony. One bedroom with a single bed. Parquet flooring throughout. 1 parking place in the garage. Animals are not allowed.
In autumn 2021, the fireplace was replaced with a wood-burning stove.

Chesa Polaschin A is one of several new houses built in 1990 in the Engadine style at the entrance of the village Sils Maria. Cross-country skiing runs are near the house. The mountain railway station is reachable within 10 minutes by foot or even faster by bus. The bus stop is 50m away. During the season, busses run every 30 minutes in all directions. Hiking trails are in the surrounding area.
