The fact that they took my iron table and desk, and I asks them not to, also the fact that they removed 2 pillows and 2 glasses because they said that I am a solo travel - I find this bit strange

Don't fail short with car parking, you're likely to never see the money again

Nice hotel, polite staff and good location shame the overall experience of the car parking drama spoiled the experience it could have been.

The process of getting the car parking is very bad. You get tickets to administer on exit. They didn't work, the ticket machine had a blocked card in the reader, it was out of hours and we were in a rush to get to the airport. Ended up paying for the exit of the car park with the paying machine and it use plate recognition to allow us to exit. Therefore paying for car parking twice! The hotel ridiculously expects you to post back the 'paid tickets' to the hotel to receive a refund, of the cheaper option, even though you're living in a different country! The cost of posting the tickets back and then the they perform an ongoing saga of the payment card used to pay car parking being different to the hotel stay. It's over 4 weeks now and still no refund. This has spoiled the overall whole stay of what could have been a good nice experience.

Higher quality for a Kaiserslautern work trip

Good location and room size. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

There is a glass wall to the whole bathroom - toilet and shower. This is serious lack of privacy. Not a fan of this type of design at all.

Another good stay at the SAKS. Great location, great bar and service.

Room is always clean. One of my employees accidently booked a room at the Frankfurt hotel and the desk clerk was able to make the correction without a penalty to my employee.

Maybe a little more light in the room. Add a sheet to the bedding, since the comforter can get very hot and there is no alternative.

Good hotel - event was well run and food was excellent

Very friendly and helpful staff - and the air conditioned room. The event food was exceptional and staff were very supportive.

Overall, good value. I would stay again. Preferably on a higher floor and bigger room.

Breakfast was fantastic. The bartenders were very friendly and made fantastic drinks. Front desk check in staff were also very friendly.

Upon checking into my hotel room I noticed that the bedding was dirty. Spots of food and what looked like mold spores on the sheets and blanket. I took pictures and went back to checkin. At first they just wanted to change the bedding. I requested a new room instead. I was given a new room. A better gesture would have been an upgraded room or perhaps free breakfast for the next morning. It was inconvenient to have to change rooms and deal with the dirty bedding. Also beds are not comfy. Mattresses are too soft and pillow too flat. Also, I could here lots of noise all night from the streets.

Location good. Parking available. Very central to restaurants and bars etc. Pleasant staff who were helpful at breakfast.

I stayed here some years ago and it had a nice feeling to the hotel. It is now feeling really quite run down and in need of refurbishment. Some carpets threadbare. No USB points. A lot of TV channels not working (English language).

Good space

The location was excellent as there were many shops nearby. The room was good size, and we especially loved the heated floor in the bathroom! The bed was comfy and the room was modern.

The shag carpet seemed a bit outdated and there wasn't an outlet on both sides of the bed.

A quick stay for New Year’s Eve…

I liked that the parking garage was directly under the hotel. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

I think that if you are staying at the hotel; the parking rate should be reduced. We were there less than 24 hours and is was 30€ to park. Oatmeal would be a nice addition to the breakfast buffet.
