Good location to old city, nice view. 6 steps up and you have access to a lift. Main bed with full bathroom. Second bathroom large. There is a second shower and basin located off the hallway, along with a seperate toilet - nothing wrong with theese rooms and you cannot hear if they are being used. Comfortable bedding and quality linen. Air-conditioning worked well.

Hot water takes a while to get to main bedroom as HWS located in kitchen. More regular drinking glasses and mugs with handles are required (there were only 4, 2 of which were chipped and badly crazed, not pleasant to drink from). I asked for replacements, was met with resistance and a comment it would come out of their own account, however the new mugs were supplied. Dusty surfaces such as dining table extension pieces, behind ornaments, glass shelves in main bathroom not welcoming; kitchen sink could do with a proper scrub.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, air conditioned and the bedding and beds are very comfortable. It is also very spacious for a group of four. It is situated in an excellent location-walking distance to restaurants, shopping and points of interest. Bus and tram services are within a short walk. Laetitia, our concierge, was wonderful! She was instrumental in coordinating driving services for us. Due to the extreme heat one of the tram lines was not in service which made getting around challenging. She greeted us upon arrival, welcomed us in and informed us of the procedures and answered all our questions. Merci!

Honestly, the apartment was perfect! The only negative was the heat 101-105F all 4 days of our visit. The air conditioning worked well!

The apartment is positively beautiful and in a great location, although it can be quite noisy in the evening.

We learned after spending an extremely hot night that the thermostat had been set to heat instead of AC. We had tried to remedy the problem mainly in the bedroom and the living room only to learn after the first night that the master thermostat is in the kitchen.
