It’s location was convenient

Rooms are dark and enclosed due to single narrow window next to door. There is no outlook from room. The room lighting is terrible. It is dim yellow light. Uou can not properly see yourself in mirror in room. In the bathroom it is even worse. The light casts your body shadow onto mirror which is already very dark. Trying to shave you have to get right up close to mirror and move around to see yourself face. The shower is just onto the bathroom floor and the toilet completely wet as the shower sprays directly onto it. Because there is no containment of water from shower the entire bathroom floor is wet.

Clean, friendly staff and nice isolated pool for relaxing after a hot day. Good location with wonderful restaurants and a very quiet, restful night.

There were bugs and geckos at the property. This is not unusual for the locals but for Americans it was a little annoying. On the room vents the manager should add screens to let air in and out but keep bugs out. Funny thing was that ants and geckos would clean the floor at night so in the morning - very few bug. Bali activities though made this location a good buy.

quite and peaceful

location wise tucked away peaceful and quiet but still very close to the party scene and main tourist streets! about a 5-10 min motorcycle. it is walking distance to the beach and you can walk yourself to La Brisa, soo rooftop, Boheme, there’s nice cafes, pool clubs and yoga studio within walking distance! it is not a 5 star hotel but the room was nice and clean and staff were helpful. Overall you get more value for what you pay for!

it was hard to find at first on maps on grab/ Gojek app - I got confused. it was easier to type in close by restaurants and get dropped off there.

Nice hotel, in a quiet area, close to the beach and some shops. In the evening you can chill in the common part by the pool. Clean rooms and comfy beds.

Good location for value.

Close to Pererenan and Canggu spots - an 8 minute walk. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. But the place is still a bit from the main road which mean it's pretty quiet. Nice hanging / eating area.

The toilet did not work but they luckily changed it during our stay. The main area had often shut lights - wasn't really inviting to stay there after 8pm. Breakfast starts at 9am which delays your daily activities. The bathroom had a strong dump smell.

the pool is amazing, also breakfast (we had to pay for it 20k per day/ per pp) but was good value. wifi was ok for zoom meetings.

the room is big but really dark, bathroom is horrible (they really should update it), but the stink of mothballs in the room was unbearable. you can find similar prices around canggu and have a better place.

Big room, friendly staff

Large room, large bathroom and big bed. Friendly staff. Had a pleasant stay.

It's a bit nitpicking, because I had a wonderful stay, but there are always things that can be improved. The room is situated in a separate building with its own swimming pool. Although the whole building is big, the spaces aren't so nicely designed, lots of useless uncosy spaces and way too high sealings that gave most of the uncosy feeling. The water of the second swimming pool wasn't that clear, but maybe that was just temporary. The tiles of that pool have had their best times, and could use some refurbishment. Same with that garden area which doesn't look so inviting as well.. The aircon in the room was way too small and not powerful enough to cool down the room with also its way too high sealings. Internet in the main building (5Ghz) was ok, in the separate building it was slow, too slow actually to do something with it.. I was missing a TV in the room that usually comes standard in guest rooms.

Why go to Canggu in the first place?

+peaceful location +nice pool +tasty breakfast +staff

- mustiness. The smell is so disgusting that I wanted to run. Fortunately it was only one night. - moldy walls - everything dirty/run down. Especially the bathroom. - weak and unreliable wifi - dirty, grey, disgusting beach - overhyped Canggu area. There are so many beautiful places on Bali but people still prefer to stay in the ugliest Kuta-Canggu environment. For half of that price you can find a great, clean room in Munduk for example.
