About this house rental
New village house on 2 levels, located near the city center and the beach.
She understands :
- a private patio, paved with a dining area, a deck chair, a barbecue and a convenient sheltered space for parking bikes,
- on the ground floor a main room of 17m2 with a dining area, a lounge area equipped with a convertible sofa bed, a shower room with WC, a separate kitchen,
- upstairs a master bedroom (bed 180 cm wide), a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds + a single bed, a 3rd bedroom with a single or double bed (Murphy bed), a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet.
All windows in the house are double glazed, and the large sliding glass door leading from the dining room to the patio has an electric shutter.
It is possible to park for free on a small square nearby which has several parking spaces or on the street.
The house is in a quiet area, it overlooks a cul-de-sac and a street in one direction mostly borrowed day by season by holidaymakers on bike and little busy at night.
Neat furnishings that combine the functionality of the contemporary and the charm of the old.
Presence of electric heaters for the off season.
Internet in free wifi from a box.
Fully equipped kitchen: hotplates, electric oven and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment; dishwasher, washing machine.
The rental does not include sheets or linen (possibility to reserve, subject to availability, from the person who will give you the keys).
We do not rent or rent bicycles.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison. Elle est super bien équipée. On s y sent comme chez soit tout de suite.
De plus c est très calme et on est à quelques minutes du petit centre ville/ marché.
A signaler qu il n y a pas deux chambres avec un lit deux personnes mais 1 chambre avec 1 lit 2 personnes, 2 chambres en enfilade, une petit avec 1 lit 1 personne et dessous un lit 1 personnes et une autre avec un lit 1 personnes et des lits superposés.

La maison est très agréable et bien décorée.
Aussi très propre car il y a une conciergerie qui vérifie l'état des lieux. Très appréciable.
on peut se garer à côté de la maison, c'était la semaine de Pâques.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est charmante bien située (marchés, plages, villages, aire de jeux...) propre et fonctionnelle. En avril en revanche il faisait un peu froid dans la maison le soir.

Maison très agréable, très bien agencée, idéalement placée dans le village et très proche de la plage!
Il ne manquait que le grille-pain le matin...
