The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pillows are AMAZING. In your room you find a cute bag with extra towel, bath robe and slippers to use for the spa-area. Note: the saunas are textile free.
If you have a room facing the swimming-pool area, the extractor/ventilation system is quite loud all night. I was traveling with work and was very tired so thankfully I slept through the night, but if I was there on a romantic get-away or going there for relaxing spa, I'd probably have asked to change room.

Amazing SPA area, with great pool and saunas. Comfy beds, stunning view from the room. Delicious breakfast.
dinner options and quality were quite average, and while the breakfast was very tasty -
the service clearly did not cope with the amount of people so there were queues everywhere and lots of products were missing - minor points though, we liked the stay and would come back.
