close to the airport

comfy room, very clean

the location was not optimal, it took me a long time to get to the places I wanted to go to, the closest subway station was 20' away and I walked once early evening and didn't feel super safe.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The room and design is very modern and stylish and excellent in form and function, and the indoor parking is tiled and beautiful. The free breakfast has many options and has excellent hours of availability, and the location is good for walking to many places nearby (I recommend walking to the laundromat). Also, it was very affordable for a lengthy visit.

The rooms were not as soundproof as I had previously read - this is mostly what you can hear from the neighbor through the doors and things - it is fairly well soundproofed in comparison to other places I have been. As well, there were times when I had difficulty with my Wifi connection. Luckily, it never occurred while I was doing work conferences, but it did make some online tasks difficult in the evenings.

Very relaxed, comfortable and neat 👐🏽

Super clean and good vibes. You notice quality everywhere. Lovely shower, good steady water stream and steady temperature. The TV had amazing quality sound and screen. Enough towels. The room was cleaned every day. Enough utilities like soap etc. to come there unprepared. The roomservice is surprisingly delicious with sufficient variety. The bed was comfortable. Double windows to keep the sound out as much as possible. Lovely breakfast and gym place.

The breakfast could be a bit more varied.

Third time at this property & it always delivers

This is my third time staying at this property. The beds, as usual, are very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Appreciated the smart tv and the fact that I can watch Netflix (unlike at chain hotels).

This time around, there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower and the soap dispenser by the sink wasn't functional. I did report the issue to management and they were responsive. But, for the price, the room and the amenities are reasonable.

I heard our neighboring guests TV like I was watching with them, so the walls and doors are very thin (and other guests inconsiderate). The guy with glasses at the check in didn’t say a single word more than he needed (plain yes and no’s). Like come on man, show some hospitality! I think it’s because a large portion of the guests are “love” guests. I arrived with a big luggage though, like u was clearly not one of them. First I believed there would be a clear separation between those type of guests but it seems like they are everywhere in the hotel. However, I also saw families so a kinda strange mix overall. Price was fair though, even though I know alternatives for the same price that are better (weren’t available though).

Rooms were really clean and modern with all features to keep travellers entertained, such as, working showers, working air conditioning and tv with Netflix etc. staff were really nice especially the cleaners.

Wish it was closer to the main tourist attractions, so had to catch uber

Its a sex hotel

Great rooms with modern style.

The Problem was its a sex hotel and the noise from other people staying there is not good. Also no fridge in the room and the noise from the staff cleaning in the morning was so loud I couldn't sleep.

Low price but bad service

Price and breakfast

The hotel try to stole me 900 pesos. They say I have to contest the transanction with the credit card company. But normaly, a merchant can’t remove a transaction. The guys at the front desk didn’t help me much. I made the payment at the hotel desk and it’s appear with the name of the hotel on my credit card summary. I hope this message will help to solve the problem because I try everything with the hotel staff.

I had to change rooms 4 times during one night stay due to construction noise or non-operating air conditioning.

I got a single room, perfect for one person. There is an A/C, which seems to be rare. The rooms are very clean. They were very flexible with my check-in time. There are a lot of convenient options for all kinds of charging outlets near the bed and by the desk.

The hallway smelled like smoke, but it didn't really affect my room which was good. The wi-fi was not the best, but it still worked. Location not great for walkability in terms of tourists wanting to explore.

Really nice

I've already stayed here twice. The staff is really friendly, the persons in the room next door was making a lot of noise during the night, I called the reception and they immediately approached directly and the issue was solved. The cleaning service is amazing as well, the lady is very kind and helpful

Breakfast is nice but maybe some more options like empanadas or tacos de cochinita would be even better.

Would stay here again. had a great view, Bed is awesome. incredible shower, jacuzzi and sauna in room!

AC broken, did not cool off properly. room was a constant 26C degrees for 3 days straight. S shame, as it ruined an otherwise perfect stay, Staff tried to help providing a fan but did not help much. Was here for F1 race weekend, so even after offered a room change - the hotel was full :(. pity.

The rooms are super clean, modern and spacious. There was a separate toilet and shower in my double room. USB sockets were also fitted, which were useful. They also had lovely fluffy towels. I was also happy they had air conditioning as was very warm hotel is on the busy ring-road, so there are sounds of the busy city beyond the windows. Luckily I got given a room at the back with sadly no view but able to keep window open. It is also in a great location,. close to Parquej Lira and the Tacubaya metro station. Staff friendly and professional.. Breakfast was good and included in price.

Only two things - the room for breakfast was small so sometimes have to wait to be seated and I didn't like the toilet paper.

Nice hotel for a good price

The room was clean, breakfast was nice and buffet with multiple options but mostly eggs. The cleaning service is really nice and they clean the rooms everyday. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the elevator worked during all my stay.

During the weekend there was an extremly load party IN the hotel, I could not sleep and last until 6 am. The reception staff is not very firendly but they do their job like checking you in/out no more than that

The worst reception in the world. Strange smell all over, they are trying to cover it by some perfume. Very difficult to reach the metro, a tedious process to get in and around the station. The worst reception in the world.
