Friendly and great staff. Hotel and onsen were very clean and well maintained. Food variety was great and exceeded expectations. Great location to drive out to see stars around the hotel. Great outdoor onsen to enjoy the lake view.

Traditional onsen hotel with amazing views over Lake Shikaribetsu.
The room was really large and comfortable. The food is amazing and so delicious. The staff are friendly and speak English.
If you're looking for a relaxing stay, this is the place for you.
Nothing.
Don't be put off by the location if you're not driving. There's a bus to the hotel from Obihiro train station. And there's lots of good hiking nearby.

I loved everything. The location, the traditional Japanese room and meals, the onsen experience. The ice bar on the lake was fantastic.

Great Lake view and very helpful staff and great food.
the rooms are a bit old and everything is a bit outdated. I booked it for seeing the igloo but unfortunately when we arrived the festival haven’t started :(
