新しく出来たラウンジが良かった
宿泊プランに夕食がついていなかった事。 レストランがあるから普通に利用できると思っていましたが残念でした。 朝食は良かったです。

The best attribute of this lovely, newly renovated Osen Hotel is the staff. They truly care about your stay, ask how things are and go out of their way at the latest hours to pick you up in a snow storm. The chef at the hotel is amazing and cooks home style and unique food. The osen is nice and hot and small enough to had good water turnover and privacy.
