Good: Close proximity, walking distance, to the beach, tons of restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean for the most part except for one of the bed linens had a blood stain on it. The balcony was nice to sit on with a view of the ocean.

Bad: The hot water had a mind of its own. It gets burning hot and then the hot water runs before you are able to regulate the temperature in order to shower. If you have multiple people who need to shower around the same time, good luck. The stove does not work. Check-in to the apartment was not flexible. We requested check-in an hour early although the apartment was already cleaned and ready for the next tenant we were not permitted to enter. Although all the host had to do was remotely open the door for us, the host elected to make us wait outside the building for an hour. We had a lot of luggage and would have been helpful to check in a bit early.

Il balcone vista mare è una cosa stupenda

Abbiamo riprenotato questo appartamento perché eravamo già state l'anno scorso e ci eravamo trovate molto bene, eravamo nell'appartamento al terzo piano che era tenuto bene, pulito, una buona esposizione, quest'anno ci hanno dato l'appartamento al secondo piano e non era tenuto bene come l'altro, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare e alcune cose erano vecchie e con pezzi mancanti, tipo il frigorifero, e la lampada della camera piccola, più che altro uno stanzino.. anche senza finestra, la cosa migliore è il terrazzo con affaccio sul mare e la posizione dell'appartamento, l'anno scorso siamo state entusiaste, quest'anno francamente un po' deluse...
