L appartamento è centrale e accogliente. Tutto perfetto.

Unico problema il parcheggio. La struttura perfetta

the apartment was spacious & modern yet the ceiling beams were typically sicilian & had more than enough bathroom & kitchen equipment for my needs. Balconies all round outside large windows. I had no problem with the 10 steps up to apartment, even with my knees!! Lorenzo was very welcoming & informative on arrival. He dealt effectively with the water pump noise & wc dripping which I found on arrival. plumber came twice. the location on Piazza Matteotti was perfect, except for the noisy bar next door, with restaurants, supermarkets,banks, & the stop for Il trennino, sightseeing train nearby.

unfortunately the reason I wouldn't stay there again was the really loud thumping DJ music/singing & noise from the bar next door. It's was quiet for my first 4 days there but Friday & Saturday were not, Sunday was the annual Festa di St Giorgio (delayed due to the Pope's death) & having lived in Modica previously I expected that to be sheer exuberant enjoyable madness!! which it was through the early hours. I think if you are young & maybe without small children to get to sleep, or a bit deaf! this apartment would suit you very well. If the bar was not there I would definitely stay there again.
