Posizione comodissima, camera grande, è presente anche una lavatrice con il detersivo (molto comodo). Comodo anche il self check in.
Odore di chiuso perché non ci sono finestre.

Struttura molto carina e tipica con terrazzino bellissimo, accessoriata con lavatrice , condizionatore, pale, cucinotto, reparto immondizia. Direi molto ben organizzata, la coccola della barretta del cioccolato bonajuto apprezzatissima.
Bisognerebbe informare che per arrivare ci sono due scale strette e ripide da percorrere, con la mia valigia grande ho fatto veramente fatica a portarla su e salendo stavo quasi per svenire, vuoi il caldo, la fatica e la difficoltà di portare su in quelle sue scale ripide e strette una valigia tanto pesante.

L appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario..ottimo per chi decide di soggiornare più giorni e di scegliere come noi, una base per poi potersi spostare nei dintorni, l appartamento oltretutto si trova in centro ..quindi facilmente raggiungibile a piedi ...
Aggiungerei uno specchio ..che non c'è..e forse un frigo un po' più grande ...ma cmq tutto ottimo

Property is in a nice position, close to the centre of Modica, but off the main road.
The dishwasher wasn't working, but the main problem was with the bathroom. The shower head bracket was falling off the wall. I managed to tighten it by hand after first use, but that first use was an experience I have no wish to repeat. There was a note saying that the water in Modica is only pumped between 7 and 1, and that we should be careful with water use - which we were; but that didn't stop the toilet flush failing on the morning we were leaving! (there was still water coming out the taps).
