About this house rental
Casa Tiffany is a spacious and elegant 80-square-meter apartment located in the heart of Modica’s historic center, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features a convenient ground-floor entrance, from which a staircase leads to the first floor, where all the rooms are located.
The interior features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (available in both the living room and the bedroom). The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, flanked on the outside by a Jacuzzi tub with hydromassage, ideal for moments of relaxation.
Out of respect for the environment and the Sicilian region, we ask our guests to use water wisely and responsibly. Pets are welcome (subject to an additional fee), and a crib is available upon request.

The location is also ideal for exploring other gems of the Val di Noto, such as Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, and Noto, or for quickly reaching the golden beaches of the Ragusa coast, including Marina di Modica and Sampieri.
