About 15 minute walk to center of Ponta Delgada. Great location if you have rented a car as it was easy to find parking near the apartment. If closer to the center I think parking would be hard. Very clean, modern apartment, has washing machine. Towels provided for use in apartment and beach. Directions to apartment were clear and a code for building/apartment was provided, no need to meet someone.

Geräumig und alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Leider hatten wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Diese mussten wir dann auch selbst entfernen.

It’s a spacious apartment with all key necessities. The location is also good, walkable to city centre. We enjoyed our stay.
It’s not a must but having a dryer (clothing) would be nice.

Localização.
O aspeto das instalações corresponde exatamente às fotos.
Tinha tudo quanto necessitávamos, desde máquina de café, torradeira, microondas, máquina de lavar, etc.
O exterior, está um pouco degradado.
O Ac não estar a funcionar
