Buvo viskas ko reikia savaitei pagyventi. Švaru tvarkinga, apie viską pagalvota. Vieta netoli centro, autobuso stotelė prie pat įėjimo.
Vieno kambario oro kondicionieriaus pultelyje buvo išsikrovę baterijos. Atėjus reikia lipti laiptais , svetainė ir virtuvė yra antrame aukšte, o kambariai trečiame.Skalbyklė yra kiemelio sandėliuke, reikia nusileisti laiptukais į kiemelį.

We had a great stay at 101 Urban Ponta Delgada Apartments. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore on foot. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly, we had a little issue when we checked-in which was promptly solved. We also really appreciated the welcome basket with water, milk and bread on arrival - a very thoughtful touch!
A couple of things to note for future guests: the apartment is accessed via stairs and another flight of stairs to the bedrooms, which could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues – it would be helpful if this was clearly stated in the description.
Also, the beds were quite noisy; every time we moved during the night the creaking would wake us up, so a better bed frame would improve sleep quality.
Overall though, it’s a lovely place with great value for money, and we’d happily stay again!

Struttura adeguata per grandi gruppi di persone, l’arredamento super carino e la cucina iper fornita di tutto. Buona la posizione. Molto gentile l’offerta della colazione.
Un bagno su 4 ha la porta completamente vetrata, quindi poca privacy anche se sei in coppia. La lavatrice si trova all’esterno della struttura ed è vecchia, sporca e piena di animali.

Non ci sono parole, un appartamento stupendo, non mancava nulla, vicino al centro comodo anche perché ha un parcheggio proprio lì dietro! Ci sono 3 camere con 3 bagni con doccia e un ulteriore bagno con wc e lavandino quindi perfetto per 8 persone! Per non parlare della cucina, parlano le foto che ho fatto, enorme anche il tavolo perfetto per 8 persone! I letti comodi e larghi, tutte le camere finestrate e c'era tutto l'occorrente come asciugamani e saponi. Casa pulita e ben fornita, la host ha lasciato anche due bottiglie d'acqua, del latte e dei dolcetti tipici del posto!
Non c'era niente che non andasse bene
