Our host Sara was very friendly and kind. The house is fully appointed for up to 8 people. There are two full baths on the second and third floor and a lavette (toilet and sink) on the first floor. Yes, there are three floors and four bedrooms! There are also four outside seating areas including a downstairs patio and an upstairs patio on the third floor. Everything is brand new and there is no mustiness whatsoever. Our bed was supremely comfortable. We utilized the heat during the evening because it was a bit chilly when the sun went down during our November stay. I can’t emphasize enough how lovely our host was. All of the perks of the accommodation are listed here. The kitchen is fully appointed. We stayed on the second floor. Sara’s cleaning crew prepared one room with a queen bed that had a very nice view from the patio door. The location is right near the fort and perfect for walking into town and to the marina. There are also several restaurants within a few hundred feet of the house. Sara provides a parking pass for a parking lot that’s right across the street because the parking directly in front of the house isn’t free except for after 1 pm on Saturdays and all day on Sundays.
