One point that deserves immediate mention is the location: right in the center of Ponta Delgada, close to all the main attractions and restaurants, with the plus of staying in a building where Almeida Garrett once lived. The decoration is very pleasant, and the rooms are spacious. We didn't meet Catarina, the host, in person, but she was always available and ready to offer suggestions, in fact, when we arrived at the apartment in the middle of the night and had a problem with the door, she resolved the situation immediately.
Just be aware that the build doesn’t have an elevator

Cage d’escalier pas très accueillante ! Impossible de faire sécher les serviettes dans la salle de bain qui reste très humide ! Pas de vue dégagée !
