La ubicación es muy buena, cuenta con aparcamiento privado en la comunidad, la terraza es amplia y cuenta con vistas al mar. El alojamiento es amplio y la cocina es muy completa, contando con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, el detalle de las toallas de microfibra se agradece, y la cama es muy cómoda. La televisión y el mobiliario es moderno.
Los baños y dos de las habitaciones presentan algo de humedades que convendría revisar, así como las persianas y ventanas, que quizá requieran una renovación. De este modo el alojamiento sería excelente.

O apartamento requer muita manutenção, as imagens não correspondem à realidade, além de que, vendem aquilo que não tem. Anunciam piscina e a mesma não existe, a casa está cheia de infiltrações, as janelas não fecham e o vento faz-se sentir e ouvir, bolor com fartura, tomadas descarnadas entre outras coisas. Deviam perceber que alugar não é apenas fazer dinheiro, as coisas devem estar minimamente em condições.
