Apartment very close to the Marina / Center, close to everything! Balcony overlooking the marina, large living room, 4 comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. Leaving the house, by car or on foot everything is close. On foot you can go for a swim in the marina's saltwater pool, go to the historic city center, museums, market, restaurants, or venture into this magnificent city. Free parking in front / rear of the building.

The apartment was clean, well equipped kitchen. We were a large group and had no issues. Host was welcoming and engaging.

We are a family of 5 with 3 young adult children. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had easy walking access to downtown.

We enjoyed staying here. We had a view of the harbor and we were close to restaurants and Ponta Delgada. The apartment had everything we needed and Ricardo was very helpful. It was perfect for the four of us with a place to eat on the balcony.

The view from balcony was awesome and the rooms were good. I don't recommend this place for people who have difficulty walking 4 flights of stairs especially with luggage.
