Our waterfront condo is sunny, comfortable and beautifully decorated - with a gorgeous sunset view from our deck. Big screen TV and wifi internet access.
Best of all, we're a 5 minute walk from the center of downtown Portsmouth and dozens of fine restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions. Historic downtown Portsmouth is an active seaport and popular vacation destination for both US and international visitors. This delightful city boasts delightful shops, fine restaurants, live theater, sidewalk cafes and picturesque tugboats, and lively nightlife. The Prescott Park Arts Festival (home of outdoor summer theater and other shows) The Music Hall performing arts center, two harbor cruise lines and the Strawberry Banke historic site are all right here, a short walk from our condo.

A great location - a serene & scenic water view and walking distance to all of downtown Portsmouth. What more can you ask for? Well...you also get a very personable & accessible host. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay.

This property is wonderful! The owners were always available for assistance and ideas and very accommodating. Location overlooks the water with easy access to local restaurants, bakeries, and Prescott Park for concerts. Even the Tall Ships came into port and docked across the street ..truly magical!
Please consider this beautiful Condo when visiting Portsmouth…..an excellent location with wonderful owners ready to ensure your holiday is perfect!

For the most part, just keep your car parked at the condo and walk to downtown Portsmouth. Especially visiting Prescott Park. Enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the wildlife and the boating community heading out of the cove to deeper waters on a Sunday afternoon. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Great location for a walkable stay in Portsmouth. Very friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. Accommodations met our needs including cooking and laundry.
