PLEASE NOTE:

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.

Guest Access:

This is a single family home with a fully fenced in backyard. You may use anything on the property at your discretion. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard.

Other Things to Note:

FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.



There are two Ring cameras - a doorbell camera on the front of the house and a Spotlight camera in the back of the house. We do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe.



FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed. MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES.



**Every two weeks from May to September, our landscapers will be mowing around the exterior of the property. Please let us know if you would like us to reschedule their appointment.
