John Cutts who was the first President of NH owned this building and was friends with Paul Revere. Walk out the door and you can access the best restaurants and bars. You have a full kitchen too. It is close to everything, making it easy to walk your favorite spots. You will will have the full Portsmouth experience in no better location at this price point.
