Best location to stay right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth with a water view. Quaint and historic; you’ll love the charm. John Cutts who was the first President of NH owned this building and was friends with Paul Revere. Walk out the door and you can access the best restaurants and bars. You have a full kitchen too. It is close to everything, making it easy to walk your favorite spots. You will will have the full Portsmouth experience in no better location at this price point.

What a great spot! A location; tasteful, comfortable furnishings; historical significance galore and a most accommodating host. Portsmouth is a charming place with an artsy, progressive vibe. We will definitely be back.

The location is really good for access to Portsmouth. There's a lot of foot traffic on the street below, but you don't hear that in the apartment. It's on the small side, but large enough, with a separate living area and kitchen. Joy is a great host. She's very connected and attends to any issues that come up.

This Ceres St. get-away was the perfect spot for our long weekend. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed, but of course the best part was its location. It is nestled in the heart of everything, walkable, and being close to the tugs and Annabelle’s was an exclamation point to a great stay. The parking pass made life easy to cross the river and explore and Joy, our host, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Wonderful visit to my happy place!
