poor cleanliness and maintenance made the stay disappointing
The apartment had a beautiful design and stylish decor, which made a good first impression. The location was excellent — central, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It had potential to be a great stay if better maintained.
Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. The carpets were dirty, and the kitchen was poorly maintained — the cooking pot was stained and scratched, not suitable for use, and there was no clean sponge provided. The stovetop was greasy, and overall the kitchen felt unhygienic. The bathroom was also disappointing: the sink was clogged with hair, the shampoo was barely enough for one person, and the hot water only lasted around 5 minutes, which is unacceptable for a property meant for up to 6 people. There were visible signs of water damage and mold on the ceiling, which made the space feel neglected. For the price, we expected a much higher standard. Photos are attached to show the issues we experienced.
