It was clean and quite new, we had everything we needed for the weekend stay
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable

Modern chalet/mobile home type accommodation. Nice area for dog walking. Really great pizza at the lovely campsite restaurant with a nice terrace. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Handy for the south to north autoroute return to the UK. A very well kept campsite with friendly reception.
250 euro security deposit - they take a swipe or money and we now have to go online whilst still travelling to check it's been returned. And whilst we always leave places clean, the onerous check list (telling you what temperature to set the fridge at and a full and precise cleaning schedule and checklist) is definitely suited to those who are more used to this system in France and other parts of Europe. They may not be that strict and are probably very fair, but when you have left a deposit it's much like car hire where you feel you have no control as you've already left when they check. As hosts ourselves we're used to cleaning up so not a big bother, but I imagine many folks travelling can't be bothered mopping their way out:)
There is a fan but I would happily pay more for air con, it was very hot at night (June, low 30s).

Not appplicable.
Chair inside could have been more comfortable. Mobile homes a bit too near each other but, Ce la vie!

Stayed just for a night. Great location, spacious and overall nice. The staff were very accomodating to my check in and check out schedule, which I appreciated immensely.

Really friendly, small, quiet campsite. Onsite restaurant with lovely food. Breakfast can be preordered from the reception the night before. Clean pool with nice enclosed area. Lodges were comfy.
Nothing - we had a lovely stay despite the very British weather we brought with us (sorry!)

Nice location. Good size of double bed. Lots of storage units in this cabin. It was lovely to go on Sunday market in Chagny, and it is so worthy to go to vist Beaune.
Bungalow needs some repairs. Single beds are quite small, even for children. It would be handy to have soap and toilet and bathroom cleaning products.

We absolutely loved our 2 night stay with 2 kids (3 and 1yr). My son loved cycling around the site and down the canals. The site had a lovely friendly and relaxed vibe, very peaceful and great little town. We loved the Sunday market and the pizza loca on site was actually superb pizza. Town easy walking distance. We didn’t use the pool in the end as weather wasn’t great but was very impressed by activities on site in general. Would definitely come again.
Having to clean cabin before we left. Disposable linen shouldn’t be an option- bad for environment.

Great beach just around the corner. Beautiful landscapes, crystal blue sea and safe for children.

Peaceful, friendly staff, good food, nice price, very well located. The bungalow we stayed was not for disable. The staff brought a chair for the shower, but still it is quite small shower for someone with disability. (Attention: this comment is valid for a person with low mobility!)
We can not rate the disable room, as it was not available. Path with small stones, it is not so friendly for walker or wheelchair.

The tranquility and a very new and modern motor home made this a perfect spot on our vacation

Very friendly campsite in good position for cycle tracks, canal and Chagny town in walking distance. Great market on Sundays
The cabins are not placed very well. Soime look straight into each other, some overlook the washrooms. Luckily ours had grass to sit on and overlooked the tennis court

We really appreciated the possibility to order bread and croissant for the next morning.
Very kind and available personnel.
I found the mattress and pillow too hard for my taste.

Nice owners, good value for money. Can order breakfast the day before (bread and/or croissants), on-site restaurant (pizzeria) that opens early
very small playground area for kids, small camping generally speaking

cosy little barrel which was new and clean and had a very comfortable mattress. free wifi and very clean sanitary installations and nicely hot water.
The Unisex toilet - passing urinating gentlemen did feel awkward.
In full season, there could be quite some noise from pool and restaurant as the barrel is right at the corner of both.

I liked everything very much. Easy to get to, pleasant service at the reception. Very comfortable mobile house. The camping site is quiet and cozy. There is a small town within walking distance. There are many cozy shops and cafes here. I highly recommend it.

A lovely stay in a cute little barrel for 2 nights, was cosy and warm and clean. The site was very nice, the toilets and shower block were also clean. Friendly staff and great we could park next to the cabin.
The showers were quite cold and sprayed out bits of water rather then a steady flow, would be good if this could be improved. The pool was being renovated whilst we stayed, early morning workers were drilling and digging next to our cabin window, would have been good to put a notice up to state what time the workers would be starting, to not be startled early morning.

The location was close to all my local destinations - Friends house, Preferred cafe, and train station. Room 27 was a wooden cabin fashioned like a giant Wine Barrel with a terrace with a table chairs. The accomodation was; secure, clean, warm and very comfortable with Wi-Fi and ample power outlets and storage areas. The campsite had communal toilets and showers which were kept impecably clean and a well labelled cupboard with a heart defibrilator. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great overnight stay.
The accomodation numbers could have been illuminated as I checked in by telephone and arrived in darkness. Although if I had checked in at the reception before 6 pm, as is normal, this would not have been a problem.

great location a few minutes walk from the town, lovely terrace to sit out on
we only noticed the cleaning fee after we had booked a non-cancellable room. it turned out not to be a problem as we cleaned the room ourselves but it would be good if this policy was featured more prominently before the booking is completed

Very convenient location we have stayed before and knew what the accommodation was like, we rebooked for this occasion so it must have been good!!

I learned that I am not a camping site cabin person. Everything was clean and ok, but the cabin doesn't have air conditioning (it was +30 during the night), they have only paper sheets available (with the heat horrible and very sweaty option) and there were about a million mosquitos (tried to cool the cabin with open windows).
Everyone was friendly and the place is nice. There were lovely restaurants close by.

The location and camping pitches looked lovely
The actual chalet we stayed in was very poor quality. The floor was giving way as you walked in. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot inside. The bathroom was clean but everywhere else was not a good standard. There was an awful smell of damp inside the chalet.

The house is small but super organized.
It has nice equipment and a terrace. We enjoyed a lot!

Very good location near to the center and also the train station. Clean, well maintained and pet friendly camping in a nice green environment. The mobile home we stayed in was new and clean, with a well equipped kitchen.
The weather was very-very hot during our stay, sometimes above 40 celsius, so an air conditioner would've been great in the mobile home. But that's all. By the way the house is equipped with a fan, and can be ventilated at night with windows opened.

The caravan was new and the location was conveniently near Beaune
Just before we arrived we were sent an email explaining that a 150 euro deposit would be taken in case we left the property damaged or dirty. On arrival we were told that refund would only be after inspection. We always leave our properties clean, but it seemed that no supplementary cleaning was in place with one resident cleaning for the next. The booking.com advert implied that sheets were provided. On arrival these were at an additional cost and were disposable -unpleasant to sleep on and bad for the environment. The caravan initially allocated faced the toilet block - its only view from the verandah. Fortunately we were allocated a better one.

The convenience of the site for our journey. The person in the office was very welcoming and helpful.
