Luxury Penthouse in detached villa, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large terrace facing the sea and 110m2 solarium, and large swimming pool, private use only for your family. 1 minute walking to the sundy beach!
The luxury penthouse is fully furnished including bed linen, beach towels and bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped. wi-fi and satellite TV (BBC1 - ITV, etc ...)
Two bicycles available!
The rent includes parking space (1 car) and storage (beach equipment shop, etc).
Final cleaning included. Water and electricity are included in the rent.

I was very happy with the apartment and everything about the property was quality. The kids really enjoyed the massive pool and the beach was so close that we could go back and forth during the day without any hassles. The views from the massive balcony were stunning from sun up to sun down. The local supermarket (10 min walk) had everything we needed and there were enough restaurants locally to have a few meals out. Maria was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The apartment is exactly as described and provides all one can imagine for a perfect stay! It’s handy to have a car, but you can easily walk to the small village. Very friendly host, giving us all the info we needed. Maria lives below but we were never bothered by her presence, giving us the space and privacy we needed. Thanks, Maria!

We (family of 4) had a lovely week during the Easter holidays at Maria's property. She was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. The flat is extremely spacious and very well provisioned. The location is also amazing: it's a 30 second walk to the beach so the kids didn't even bother with shoes half the time! The pool was great, although still a bit on the chilly side in April. We still braved it, however. The village of Isla Plana is very nice. Quiet but well provisioned with local shops, a small supermarket, at least 3 playgrounds and a few beach front bars/cafes. We particularly liked the social club which has a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay. Would 100% return. Thanks María
