About this villa rental
Our family summer home; a luxurious, modern villa with private swimming pool, outside play areas and beautiful gardens in this quiet, exclusive residential area of San Gines, in the village of La'Azohia, Murcia; an authentic, picturesque fishing village unspoiled by mass tourism and modernisation.
Just 5 mins walk to all amenities and safe, sandy Blue Flag beaches. Free unlimited fibre WIFI throughout and International TV , including Sky/BT and 100's of other channels in all languages including English, Spanish, French, Dutch etc.
Accommodation is spread over 2 storeys, with access to terraces with the top terrace being huge with Pergola, Integrated BBQ and Seated Dining table with stunning, panoramic views across the whole of the Eastern Gulf of Mazarron; taking in the bays of Puerto de Mazarron, Isla Plana and Cabo Tinso and with the spectacular backdrop behind of the Sierra Espuña foothills.
There are 3 Double Bedrooms one of which has its own outside door entrance, all with built-in wardrobes. 2 bathrooms, the Master has a King size bed with en-suite with his/her basins. Open plan Dining and Living room with large Wood Burner to keep cosy in the cooler nights if letting during winter months.
Large, extended modern Kitchen with top of the range Siemens fitted appliances; Electric Oven/Grill/Cooker/ Dishwasher Microwave/Wine Fridge/American Fridge Freezer/Washing Machine/Dryer.

Nice property in a good location. Stayed for 1 month in the winter and especially enjoyed the patio/pool area. The property has everything you need!

We had a good holiday in La Azohia and the villa provided a comfortable base in which to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshineLa Azohia is unspoilt with a few bars and restaurants and a tremendous beach and beautiful scenery In all a good place to holiday for either couples wishing to relax and explore the Spanish countryside or families wanting time on a beach that’s very child friendly with clear blue warm water.

Booked a holiday to celebrate a milestone birthday- could not be happier. Myself and my husband had a week by ourselves, then our 2 daughters joined us.
Lodge was fabulous - everything you would need has been supplied. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was wonderful. Would not hesitate to book again. Thank you.
