Modern 3 bed villa, with lovely south facing terrace and private pool and front line golf views, sitting next to the 9th green.
The accommodation is fully equipped with: private garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, BBQ, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, childrens area, tennis court, padle court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
