About this villa rental
Brand new semi-detached house just a few meters from the small harbor and beach in Isla Plana village.
Right around the corner you will find a restaurant, a small bakery and convenience store.
200 meters from the house you will find Isla Plana center with many restaurants, shops, grocery store etc.
About 400 meters walk, by the sea, you will come to the large Isla Plana beach where you easily can enjoy yourself the whole day!
On the ground floor you will find one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room/kitchen in open plan. From the living room you enter the lower terrace through sliding doors in glass.
On the first floor you have another bedroom and bathroom and a large terrace. You also have a roof terrace with an amazing 180 degree view over Mediterranean .On the ground floor, by the entrance, you have an private outdoor shower.
You will have access to a communal pool which is open between 09-21, if you don`t want to swim in the sea.The house has WiFi and air-conditioner. Please note: Air-conditioner work from pre-paid cards which means you have to buy a card for 10 or 20 euro in order to activate the units.
Please note:
During 2021-2022 there is a construction site rather close to the house.
The air-conditioning is activated by a pre-paid card system. That means you buy a card for 10 or 20 euro in order to use the air-conditioning.
• No smoking inside. If smoking outside: close doors and windows (do not let the smell come inside).
• No pets are allowed in the property.
• Take in or secure sunshade, awnings, and cushions when it´s windy or when you are leaving the property.
• Always shower before going into the pool (private or communal). No sand or sun-cream must end up in the pool for hygienic reasons.
• No more than stated maximum people can stay in the property.
• All guests must be registered via AirBnB in the booking.
• The one who made the reservation must be in place the entire time.
• No subletting in any kind is allowed.
• Towels from the property may not be brought to the communal pool or beach.
• The area is quiet and peaceful, loud parties or music is not allowed in the property.
• If something brakes or get lost, please replace damage items, and let us know about it.
• Put the garbage & litter in the allocated bins on the street.
• Leave the property tidy and in a good condition when checking out.
