About this villa rental
Spaindinavia is proud to present this new-build semi-detached sea view house just meters from the small harbour and beach in Isla Plana village.
This house has the perfect location for your vacation stay; just around the corner, you have the bakery and the closest cafeteria. Furthermore, only 200 meters from the house, you will find Isla Plana centre with several restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc.
About 400 meters walk, by the sea, you will come to the large Isla Plana beach.
The house has three different terraces with stunning sea views.
The guests will have access to a small a communal pool.

The air-conditioning is activated by a pre-paid card system. That means you buy a card for 10 or 20 euro in order to use the air-conditioning.
For everyone`s comfort, there are certain house rules. Please read them and respect the owners`.
• No more people can stay in the rental property than the booking states, and you have registered with Spaindinavia.
• All guests must be pre-registered before check-in.
• The one who made the reservation must be in place the entire time.
• No smoking inside. If smoking outside: close doors and windows (do not let the smell come inside).
• No subletting in any kind is allowed.
• No pets or animals are allowed in the rental property. If you want to bring your pet, please contact us.
• Close / reel in or secure sunshade, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions when it´s windy, during the night or when you are leaving the property. Strong winds can easily break the fabric.
• Always shower before going into the pool. No sand or sun-cream must end up in the pool for hygienic reasons.
• Do not keep keys in the key lock on the inside of the door. If keys are kept in the key lock, you cannot open the door from the outside. In this case a locksmith needs to come and change lock. The co• st is at the guest’s expense.
Keys are not allowed to be copied. Lost keys mean an additional cost of 50 euro (change of lock for security reasons) for the guest.
• Towels from the property may not be brought to the beach.
• The area is quiet and peaceful, loud parties or music is not allowed in the property.
• If something breaks or get lost, please replace damage items, and let us know about it.
• If the rental property has a BBQ, this must be cleaned if used. If it is left in a dirty condition, an additional cost of 20 euros will be charged for extra cleaning.
• Put the garbage & litter in the allocated bins on the street.
• Leave the property tidy and in a good condition when checking out.
• Air conditioning has a separate meter for pre-paid cards. That means that you, when you check-in, may buy a card from us, for the value of 10€ or 20€, in order to use the A/C (hot and/or cold).
