Wonderful position exceptional staff and glorious food

A wonderful hotel sitting under the ancient castle. In a quiet spot away from the bustle of the small town. Spotless and lovely bed. Fabulous friendly family and their staff nothing too much for them to help you enjoy your stay.

Well kept hotel. Location was good not far in car from Cochem. Very quite location. Rooms were clean, staff pleasant. Adequate parking free of charge.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful village.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was very good. The location is close to everything but tucked away in a quiet street.

Nice, affordable, and in Beilstein!

Comfortable room and bed. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. The local castle was on site and entrance was free for hotel guests!

The wifi was nonexistent in the room. The shower was very small.

Wonderful family owned and managed hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean, updated and very comfortable. Good location to explore all of Beilstein and surrounding areas of the Mosel River Valley.

Excellent place to stay. First class.

The property is first class. Situated just off the main Mosel road with adequate parking space and an easy walk all around Beilstein. The property is well furnished, exceptionally clean and more than adequate. The facilities are first class with plenty of places to choose where to have a pleasant relaxing evening meal. Breakfast is included in the tariff and the choices are varied and the food exceptional.

Clean, good breakfast, nice location.

nice location and free entrance tickets to the castle (which we unfortunately couldn't use because we came 30 minutes before closing time and the attendant didn't let us in). The town itself is so pretty. At night when tourists were out (morning too) it was so nice to walk around and take pictures.

our balcony didn't have a "view". We were looking at a roof of another building when were sitting outside. But I wouldn't even consider it a negative aspect. In the end it's not Caribbean beach view we booked/expected.

Great Stay

I had a spacious, clean room. Location was perfect. A 5 minute walk into town and you can take a boat or bus to the other towns. Breakfast was simple and delicious and served their local champagne each morning. Nice shower, bathroom. Overall loved staying here!

It was the perfect location and hotel for a weekend getaway in the Mosel valley.

This family run hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway in the Mosel valley! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good- full pot of coffee each and the buffet options included cooked breakfast. The reservation included a free ticket to the castle in Beilstein and this was a treat! Just a 5 minute walk from the hotel door, the castle sits atop a hill overlooking the town and it was all very beautiful. We also rented bikes from them to cycle to Cochem (about 30 minutes) and they were very friendly and accommodating with this- they even prepared the sauna for us when we arrived back from our cycle trip. Truly a lovely experience all around!

The room was very nice, but the pillows were not so comfy. We could have asked for more pillows, however. It said so on the welcome sheet in the room so perhaps we should have taken advantage of that.

No comfortable room, "mountain view" means street view with noise and, overpriced for what they offer. I do not recommend it.

Ein sehr schöner entspannter guter Kurzurlaub.

Das Hotel ist ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Fußläufig ist das Zentrum von Beilstein in 5 min. zu erreichen. Direkt oberhalb des Hotels befindet sich die Burg Beilstein mit angrenzenden Wanderwegen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Im Hotel und in Beilstein gab es nach 20 Uhr keine Möglichkeit noch etwas zum Essen zu bekommen. Aber das war wohl dem Saisonende zu Schulden. Das ist nicht wirklich eine Kritik.

Die Lage des Hotels in dem idyllischen Ort, die beeindruckende Burg, das fantastische Frühstück, die freundliche Familie, die das Hotel leitet und das überaus aufmerksame und freundliche Personal… All das hat uns den Aufenthalt extrem angenehm gemacht.
