Perfect place to stay in Herceg Novi.

Perfect location, 5 minutes to the beach, to the promenade that gets into the old town. I had a good swim very near the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. WiFi, kitchen, shower, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice terrace with sea views. Air conditioning. Owner was nice and polite. Very kind. Parking just beside the building. Very quiet. Guests around were quite silence. I had a good sleep. Herceg Novi is beautiful.

Alright place for one night or two but no more

The view from the balcony is nice.

Wi-Fi didn’t work initially. Got fixed in the late afternoon but still the signal was patchy. No shower gel in the shower. Shower curtain was a bit rotten. The bin with a pedal didn’t work properly. A stain on the sofa. And something that felt like towels and whose purpose was being the duvet? Check out is very early.

Reasonably clean and comfortable accommodations

This apartment was very comfortable and reasonably clean. It's a little worn around the edges, but it's got all the major necessities and was completely satisfactory for my style of budget travel. Really appreciated the vegetable peeler and comfortable towels. The owner was also incredibly nice. Not too far from old town, beach, several markets, and restaurants.

It's a bit of a trek to and from the bus station if you have heavy luggage. Gaining entry was a challenge. My advice to the owner: I recommend developing a system so it is easier for people to collect they keys on arrival. A lock box with a code, or a message with contact information prior to arrival would be HIGHLY appreciated. I stood in the street yelling "HELLO??" several times because it was not clear to me how to enter the apartment of where to find the host. Staying in apartment 1, I had to help several other people who arrived and were also at a loss how to gain entry to their accommodations. One of these was a woman who had walked in the rain from the bus station, and was soaked and very cold. I gave her the WIFI and contact information and let her sit in my room for an hour before we were able to connect with someone who could provide her with the keys to her apartment. A lockbox and instructions sent the day before could have avoided this situation entirely.

Location is nice, had private parking. Had met representative of Studio Adriatic on arrival. If you are coming just for 1 night after long trip is ok to stay. If more, could rad minuses.

1.Ordered 2 rooms( for 1 family -4 persons), got separated one on top and one is down (not close to each other). 2. Wash basin in upper room is leaking continuously, if u like to wash ur face or clean ur tooth, got small quest with dropping water, need to catch))) 3. Lower room WC, had some strange cable which is passing via open window there, and u could not close this window. So ,,cold,, good morning will be 100%

I prefer to say, it would have been more convenient to walk however the apartment is located on a slight hill. I got taxi there for 5 eiris from bus station and it was a 4 minute drive. Not a complaint about apartment per se. Overall pleasant

Location and view. The host also let us check in early which is highly appreciated.

The host does not register your stay in the country which is a must. Because of this we had to pay the penaly when crossing the border which was 60 euros per person.

Good place for a week long vacation.

Everything was fine. The room was equipped with tv, fridge, air conditioning, wi-fi. The location was good: to the beach - 10 minutes walk, to the grocery store and bakery - 5 minutes, to the beautiful old town - 10 minutes. The owner was very nice, she helped to order a taxi. Hvala!

Good Value for money

Staf, location, parking, cleanness. ..spacey room and bathroom, comfortable bad. Few minutes walk to the beach...

No big lacks. Terrace is bit tiny. Last floor apartment is pretty warm because flat roof, so you must use aircon during night even in May or keep open window if you don't mind noise from street

Nice flat with good sleep

We were three people, so it was good to have two good beds (one double, one single). Everything in the flat worked fine, great stay. Check in and check out was also very convenient.

-Great host, speedy communication -Beautiful view -Nicely decorated Apartment -An extra small fridge -The Apartment is very clean -Good location -It's warm there (in winter), it has an Electric heater in addition to the air conditioner -WiFi worked pretty well -The kitchen is well equipped -Recommended

Simple,open room with nice space. Beatiful big windows which light up the room, awesome balcony. Good price for the room, highly recommend. Before lunch time a beatiful chorus was singing outside, gave me warmth :)
