There’s so much to say about il vigno.. Great location if you want to explore Tuscany, a car is definitely needed to get around unless you’re an avid walker/ cyclist, there are buses but we didn’t see them often. It’s very relaxing & has stunning surroundings which was well needed after a day of exploring local towns & cities, there is a little shop & chemist only about 5/10mins drive away. There are also some great local restaurants in Caprese Michelangelo Pool is lovely & refreshing after a hot day & the sauna was also a great way to relax. Whether you want to relax, hike, cycle or explore this place has it all. When you stay here you definitely need to have at least one dinner & tapas or more! Food is incredible - they use homegrown & great local products which make it that extra bit special The road in can be tricky but if you take it slow it’s not a problem at all. Rooms are an ideal size, you also have a little fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave & Utensils if needed. Continental breakfast provided with different delicious homemade items Staff are exceptional! Marc & Adria do everything to make you feel as welcome as possible, we spent our honeymoon here and we had a lovely surprise of roses, petals on the bed, a bottle of fizz & a cake when we arrived which was so kind. Overall we highly recommend you stay here as you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful family hotel, room was specious,clean and very cosy. Surrounding of the hotel is only forest, only thing you can hear are the creek and birds no noise pollution. Swimming pool and garden are very nice especially taking the sauna and then cooling off. Excellent place to have a good read. Location is great to visit few places within the stay and come back and relax after it. I highly recommend taking at least one dinner and tapas there (this is exceptionally good and hard to try anywhere else!!) Hosts are just lovely and super supportive! We had an excellent time there a truly relaxing rest and great exploring experience.

We love the location, the clean fresh air, the accommodations and the food was great! The hosts were incredible!

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, suggesting local eateries and sights. If you are a Michelangelo fan, i highly recommend the local museum which house his birthplace and several of his amazing works. It was exceptional! There is a lovely hiking trail along a stream at the agritourismo. The rooms were beautiful, but if you are tall, the ceilings upstairs were low because it is a very old dwelling, so just beware of your head on the beams :) The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. The views were stunning.
