Wir konnten das Haus schon früher beziehen (12.00 Uhr). Wir wurden von den beiden Eigentümerinnen herzlich begrüßt und eingewiesen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder - wir konnten uns alle sehr gut verteilen. Vor allem das obere Bad ist sehr luxeriös. Die Ausstattung - man hat alles, was man braucht. Sogar ein Licht gegen Mücken, was sehr wichtig war. Wirklich Top.
Die Lage: Es war uns klar, dass wir außerhalb sind. Den Supermarkt kann man zwar zu Fuß erreichen, aber die Straße ist recht befahren und gefährlich. Wir haben das einmal mit den Kids mit Rollern gemacht - war zu gefährlich. Man muss das Auto als immer nutzen.

Buona posizione da cui raggiungere diversi punti di interesse. Casa sufficientemente grande con buoni spazi esterni.
La cura del verde è da rivedere. Una potata alle siepi sarebbe d'obbligo così come una disinfestazione dalle molte zanzare presenti. Inutili le zanzariere al piano di sopra.
Grossa nota negativa l'atteggiamento delle padrone di casa.
Non ci è affatto piaciuto come si sono comportate quando abbiamo segnalato che una sdraio si era rotta appena mi ero sdraiato sopra. La sdraio era visibilmente logora e arrugginita tant'è vero che si è spezzata da ambo le parti in modo netto mettendone in evidenza l'avanzato stato di usura. Per tutta risposta, dimostrando zero ragionevolezza, la signora ha scalato 30 € dalla caparra, per una sdraio più che logora. Quindi ora hanno a spese nostre una sdraio nuova in cambio di una vecchia che aveva le ore contate a quanto pare.
Davvero male male.
