praktikusan berendezett szoba, jó méretű fürdőszoba, kifogástalan tisztaság
- hiányoltam a szobában legalább egy vízmelegítőt - a minibár hűtése közelít a nullához - a párnák minősége nekünk nem tetszett - az egész intézményben nem tudtunk egy igazi eszpresszó kávét inni - a gyermekmedencében főszezonban nem volt víz - nem túl barátságos, hogy a park és a szabadtéri medence elutazás napján csak 10 óráig használható (a snack ebéd érkezés napján jár, olyan időpontban, amikor még be sem lehet jelentkezni) - véleményünk szerint a park gondozottsága is hagy kívánnivalót maga után

Naprosto nechápu proč se k nápojům z mini baru účtuje záloha za obaly když lahve zůstávají na pokoji. A vzhledem k ceně nápojů je účtování této zálohy úplně trapné.

Casta absencia personalu na bare a aj pri vymene uterakov este pred zatvorenim SPA, slaba (takmer ziadna) ponuka jedal pre vegatarianov. Zmeny, ktore hotel spravil v ramci stravovania, sa prejavili viac negativne ako pozitivne.
