After my check-out, I left hotel Ensana Thermal Aqua in shock. Disgusted.
I had stayed at the Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel the previous few days, in a Superior Twin Room. Satisfied and based on a "great offer" from Agoda, I extended and paid for my stay in the same Superior Twin Room and continued my stay at the Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel in the exact same, or rather identical Superior Twin Room. No. 126.
My stay ended, at check-out the hotel issued me an additional invoice for a surcharge of 23,680.00 Forints (approx. 61,00 EUR) for a stay in a Superior Twin Room, which I had already paid in this category via Agoda. When I asked what the additional fee was? The receptionist replied that it was a surcharge for a Superior Twin Room upgrade.
So disgusted, I paid the difference and left. I realized that a Superior Twin Room from *** is not the same as a Superior Twin Room from Agoda. It is simply not! And I will never book anything through Agoda again! Who knows what this means, but it is certainly nothing good for the client! Shame.
