Excellent location, near lake Heviz. Hotel was nice, clean, rooms spacious. Shower pretty big (probably the biggest shower I ever saw in hotel). Kitchenette was pleasant addition.
And I also liked the spa/wellness area.
Selection of food was also great, a bit of everything.
Everything was great, no objections.

The location and facilities were very good
The staff were extremely unfriendly and borderline unprofessional. The room pricing strategy is deceptive and tricky as only one of the rooms I booked had half board although they were the same (except for some tiny balcony) and the more expensive of the two had no meal plan which was not clearly visible on the booking hence we had to pay all the meals additionally which was unfortunate.
