Bellissimo il giardino comprensivo di grande barbecure in muratura condiviso.
Bellissima anche la piscina in muratura circolare (circonferenza di circa 20m) giornalmente controllata.
Bellissima cucina con lavastoviglie e tutto il giusto necessario, ampio appartamento e sala/cuina.
Comoda posizione per la vicinanza da Bolgheri e dalle varie località di mare: marina di bibbona, cecina, donoratico ecc
Troppo caldi i mesi estivi per stare solo con i ventilatori, abbiamo patito molto il caldo.
I rumori del treno e delle auto sull'aurelia , costanti anche di notte, non potevano essere attenuati chiudendo le finestre per il troppo caldo
In più abbiamo avuto problemi con le formiche che arrivavano a centinaia per ogni briciola a terra o sui mobili/cucina... giustifico un po solo perché in campagna

L’accès à la piscine et le fait que la maison soit soignée tous les jours par la présence d’une personne qui contrôle la piscine et l’environnement. Nous avons également fait des demandes complémentaires pour des fournitures et ils ont toujours répondu à nos demandes avec gentillesse et satisfaction et ce qui nous concerne.
L’emplacement de l’hébergement est égal à ce que l’on peut trouver dans cette région car le train et les routes sont proches. Le train qui passe la nuit à quelques mètres a parfois dû signaler sa présence ce qui s’est avéré pénible. Aussi, j’aurais du demander un appartement avec une terrasse car ceux du haut n’en ont pas et cela m’a vraiment manqué. Je n’hésiterai pas une prochaine fois.

L’appartamento è ben strutturato e attrezzato, pure il parco mi è piaciuto molto: spazioso e curato, infine la piscina tenuta ben pulita e la temperatura dell’acqua era perfetta.

The location in relation to the area.
The pool and gardens.

The location in relation to the main road and the train line. Both very noisy at most times of the day.
Our bathroom had a very large rust hole (prob 5 cms square) in the bottom.
No oven or microwave and we had to ask for a kettle in one of the two apartments we had.
The booking.com information appears to indicate that there are only two apartments. We booked both believing we had the villa to ourselves. We did find that there were several more than two during exchanges with owners prior to arrival. However by that time our plans and flights were set we could not cancel. It was a little disappointed.
I spent one day mopping up 25mm of water across bedroom floor from an overflowing bath from an apartment upstairs. A bottle of wine from the people upstairs nothing from the owners.
No aircon (which we knew before) but insufficient fans, would have expected at least one per bedroom. Tuscany in AUGUST is HOT.
