La posizione e la disponibilità delle biciclette

Nella descrizione indicavano terrazza e balcone ma l’appartamento aveva solo un piccolo balcone. La struttura è di un po’ datata andrebbe ristrutturata.

L’appartamento n.4 sito al primo piano è ampio e luminoso con interni un po’ datati ma molto pulito. È fornito di tutto il necessario ed i letti sono comodi. Il mare ad 1 km è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti o con le biciclette messe a disposizione gratuitamente. Il supermercato e altri negozi sono proprio dietro l’angolo. Il signor Pietrino molto disponibile.

Mancanza di zanzariere.

The apartment is quite renovated. Liked its vicinity to the city center and the beach is 15min walking

Although the apartment is quite renovated there are couple of things that set back the overall impression. 1/ The A/C is only in the kitchen so you need to keep it running on 18°C to have a cooled bedroom which is on the other side of the apartment. 2/ The apartment no.4 which we had has a "small terrace" is right next to very busy road. So i really did not enjoy being outside during the day. The host told us we can use common bigger terrace on the other side of the aparment block but i really didnt want to travel with my stuff for breakfast, so the last morning i stayed inside. Also the table on the private terrace is right below the A/C outlet so not convenient also here,too loud. 3/There is a listed pool but its not in the same building!!!! So you have to go outside on the street walk around 200m to reach a pool used for multiple residences. Its a nice place to relax but the drawback is the distance which is not written in the description. Also when you get there the lifeguard tells you that you need swimming cap for unknown reasons..and they dont sell it..you need to buy it in some shop nearby...stupid!! 4/Cleaning fee. At the check out we were asked to pay 20eur for the cleaning on the top of what we played on booking.com. So just to put it in context..we payied 90eur/night and the host wanted us to pay separately for the cleaning...i have argued with him and the host told me that in the booking.com contract there is a clause where he states: OTHER FEES CAN BE ADDED... but the price is apparently his call only. After talking he told us to pay 15eur because it was just 2 of us and the apartment is for 4... To be honest all what i wrote would be acceptable but the last point made it overpriced..btw the host doesn't speak any English, Italian only..
