Die Lage ist großartig, wir waren mit den Rädern in 10 Min am Strand; für große Einkäufe braucht man das Auto (großer und guter Conad in der Nähe). Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, leider fällt die Küche klein aus. Die Terrasse (Balkon) ist groß und geht über Eck. Die 1. Etage hat man für sich.
Das Viertel ist solide und ruhig, wer aber Trubel möchte, hat es nicht weit.
Die Wohn/Mietsituation auf dem Gelände ist unübersichtlich, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.
Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist schmal, bei uns war kein cm Luft.
