Beautiful place but unfortunately overpriced given the poor services

The design of the entire place is very pleasant, and the outdoor areas are beautiful. It’s perfectly located close to the beach while offering the peace and tranquility of the countryside.

Unfortunately there were several things to improve, especially given the price: - wifi does not work at all in the apartments - the air conditioning, even at the highest speed does not cool down and the rooms are very humid - the apartments are not equipped, not even a sponge and soap to wash the dishes, no coffee offered, no cleaning supplies - we did not have breakfast so we cannot comment on the quality of it, but 13 euros per person is really too much

The atmosphere was amazing just really close to the beach and seemed in the middle of nowhere at the same time. Great distance from the town and easy to reach from the highways. Rooms were great and so comfy. Swimming pool like a dream.

The only issue but not really important was that the hot tub wasn’t really cleaned ( leaves, soil and branches) but I guess has just been used for a wedding the previous day.

A relaxing stay in Tuscany

Breakfast was very good, plenty of salty and sweet choices, all home made, marmelade, cheese, bruschette , juices etc. Eggs made to your choice on the spots, nice coffee. The garden is kept very well, it is very large and beautiful, lots of nice trees, it is a pleasure to walk around. The pool is large and well kept, clean, lots of gazebos and trees to stay in the shade, if you like. Excellent to relax around the pool and read a book

despite being clean and with comfortable beds, the room did not have a wardrobe, so everything was always scattered between floor and a little table. The main light was not functioning, and the room was always in the dark, only the bedside table lights were functioning. Limited supply of shower gel in the bathroom

Peaceful and relaxing. Excellent if all you like to do is lounge in the sun and cool off in a pool.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty to eat. Fresh coffee and lots to choose, with a hot option of eggs. It is a quiet and tranquil location. Plenty of sunbeds and shade with an equally inviting pool.

Location - it is quite remote. There is a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest piece of civilisation/town. If I was to be ultra critical, the room's A/C unit disappointed. The air was not cold enough to sufficiently cool the room. Therefore the room was uncomfortably warm, especially at night trying to sleep.

Very nice location, a bit outside of the city (needs a car). Superb breakfast at a good price. Great lawn around and pool area - good place for families.

Car parking facilities are relatively narrow with low standing poles (be careful when driving backwards ...). Compared to similar locations, price is more on the high side.

Excellent service, very good breakfast. The park and the swimming pool are really nice. The service staff ran the extra mile to book us a Restaurant on a Saturday night when everything in the area seemed to be booked

Awesome Place

It is an really great accommodation. We stayed in the family suite. Great interior and a huge balcony with a view to the nature and the pool. The Owners and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast with hot and homemade cakes was amazing. We will be back again!

- they only show photos of renovated rooms. The room we got was old. This is very misleading. They should include photos of every type of room. - air conditioning was barely working, they should invest to replace it cause it is really old and extremely noisy. You could not use it at night because of this noise. Windows open = mosquitos, so that was not a good alternative. - bigger “corona” cups for fruit, yoghurt and muesli are welcome, the ones used were very very small

Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet,klein und mehr als renovierungsbedürftig . Die Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr dem tatsächlichen Zustand.

Omgeving prachtig, slaapvertrekken kunnen een update gebruiken

De omgeving is prachtig, personeel is vriendelijk en zwembad is top.

De bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Je kunt het geen bedden meer noemen. Matrassen zijn te kort en je voelt de veering er doorheen. Kamers zijn erg gehorig, als de buurman gaat plassen kan je ervan mee genieten. Kortom voor mij geen 2e keer

Marriage au domaine, qui n’était pas annoncé. Piscine fermée( c’était annoncé), mais en fait tout le dimaine était pris par la fête. En plus beaucoup de bruit jusque tard. L’extérieur de l'appartement était très petit et en plus tout le monde passait à côté

Eine traumhafte Anlage in mitten von Olivenbäumen. Wer toskanischen Flair sucht findet es hier garantiert. Etwas abseits, dafür 100% Urlaubserholung. Schön war das Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Terrasse. Vielen Dank für die entsprechende Woche. 🥰

Die umliegenden Ortschaften (außer San Vincenco) waren nicht so ansprechend.

Semplicemente Perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Podere del Conte Gherardo e non potevamo desiderare di meglio. Tutto è stato impeccabile: la colazione è stata davvero top, ricca, genuina e preparata con grande cura, un vero piacere iniziare così la giornata! La pulizia degli ambienti è stata eccellente, tutto ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale è l’accoglienza familiare e calorosa: ci siamo sentiti come a casa, accolti con gentilezza e attenzione, sempre con il sorriso. Un luogo dove si respira autenticità, relax e passione per l’ospitalità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Das unser Schwimmbad um 14:00 Uhr wegen einer bevorstehenden Hochzeit geschlossen wurde, geht natürlich nicht. Wir haben eine Destination mit Schwimmbad gebucht.

Un gioiellino! Questo posto offre un’esperienza unica e immersiva nel cuore della Toscana. Un posto semplice e raffinato, il personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Colazione meravigliosa! Tutto buonissimo con prodotti locali. Grande attenzione alla cura per l’ambiente…materiale usa e getta compostabile. La struttura è vicinissima al mare, ma comunque all’interno ha una bellissima piscina . Piaciuto, insomma, un’esperienza assolutamente da fare per rilassarsi, ma anche per Eventi (matrimoni e altre feste)

Un séjour relaxant dans un très beau cadre

Emplacement agréable, au calme parfait pour une parenthèse détente. Le petit déjeuner était varié et les produits vraiment très bons et de qualité ! La chambre était spacieuse , bien équipée et agréable rien à redire!
