The owners were very kind and explaining. The apartment is at a very quiet place. The apartment is very big , very clean and well designed . We felt like we were at our own place. We truly loved the place , the balcony was also very cozy and big . Bedroom was huge and very comfortable, everything was designed amazing. You can park for free outside without worrying about your car . The center is 4-5 mins away with a car and 15-20 mins walk. Will recommend to friends and anyone who would like to visit Kavala !

Excellent

It was a great apartment. Two big bedrooms, comfortable with living room and kitchen, everything you need for your stay. The location is 20 min from the center of Kavala and we were going to the nearest beaches with car and walking to the center. We were 3 persons, but i recommend for two couples or family with two or three children.

Everything in this apartment is perfect - spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, huge bathroom, two big terraces. It's awesome!

Horrible, had to leave early.

Clean living room Clean bedrooms Working air conditioning unit.

Toilet without water in the cistern, many times a day. The toilet cistern mechanism becomes blocked many times a day. Cockroaches and flies in the bathroom. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom floor drain completely blocked, smelling horrible. The sink and bathtub drains smelling horrible. Almost impossible to sleep with the windows closed, all outside noise goes through the walls like the walls don't exist.

Nice spacious apartment with two big balconies - a nice home from home living the Greek life !

Nice Apartment - spacious with lots of room - two balconies - one of which was always in the shade. Nice comfy beds. Nice bedding and towels. Nice location in a quiet residential area within walking distance of supermarket and cafes. Half an hour walk to Kavala centre. 45 mins from Kavala airport by car. Plenty of free parking outside the apartment. Friendly lady greeted us and we had a quick response to a query with owner for an iron which appeared in minutes. Air conditioning was on for our arrival and worked well during our stay. A nice home from home - we really enjoyed living a Greek life for a week and would happily return.

The Wifi was a bit hit and miss and didn't always work - but it didnt spoil our stay and we didn't raise it with the owners and it's a very minor point to what was a very enjoyable stay in a nice Greek apartment.

A good designed space, clean, with a nice outside area

The apartment is everything it seemed and more. I wanted a good design and this is what we received. We had everything needed in the kitchen, a great space in the living room as well. It was perfectly clean. Outside there is great, big porch with chairs and a table (and a few cats :) ). You can park outside the place. Kavala is a beautiful town, it has an old part of the town which is great for an evening walk and a lot of places to visit to eat and drink. We tried beaches in the Kavala area.

Perfect place in every aspect!

Fantastic place, heavily recommended! Very kind, hospitable staff who attend to every question and inquiry! Also speak multiple languages perfectly. Spotless clean everywhere, very well equipped apartments with modern furniture and comfortable contents. Easy parking right at the entrance, and good location for both evening city life and quiet relaxation. After traveling all across Europe, I consider this as the best accommodation you can get in this city.

The area is safe but it is not on the old town, so lacks character. Asked for a 15minutes extension to check out due to unexpected issue and refused.

Couple of days with frinds in Kavala

The place is clean and tidy. Close to the city center (in 10-15 minutes walk you're at the city center beginning). The apartments are well equipped with everything you need, with huge terraces for pleasant breakfast with entire company. You have air conditioning for hot days. The water heater is pretty fast and there is no problem to take consequential showers (even 5-6 of them). There is free parking on the street. We enjoyed our stay.

The host doesn't speak English (only German) and as our German is not so good the communication was not so easy. Double beds has only one sheet that you have to share with the person next to you. Some of the bedrooms don't have mosquito nets on the windows. There is only single pair of keys for each apartment and key exchange may become a problem for bigger companies. The bathroom door on the third floor should be checked as from time to time it's really hard to unlock it.
