A wonderful place with all amenities and the most gracious and generous host. We only stayed 2 days but you could spend a week there.

The location is a about 15 minute walk from downtown. That may be a negative for some, but we didn't mind the exercise after eating so much amazing food.

Amazing apartment, but not the quietest

The upper floor of the apartment is especially lovely as you have a big terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, it was clean, the host was accommodating and nice, he met us to hand us over the key. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment and a few restaurants nearby.

The location of the apartment is lovely as it overlooks the sea, but it also overlooks the street, where the traffic is heavy, it starts early in the morning and doesn't slow down until midnight. You can hear the traffic even with the windows closed unfortunately, so we could not get much sleep in the 2 nights spent there.

The location is very good, the view of the house is terrific. The interior of the house is very well decorated. It has a great sound system. It is very enjoyable to have breakfast on the balcony with the view. The host Dimitris is very caring and kind. He thought and prepared the possible needs of the guests very well. The kitchen and its equipment are very useful. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Best seaview beechfront vacation house in Kavala

Just go there. Unfogetable vacation.

Perfect location, great seafront views, spotless clean and greatly fitted with all what you can think about having, from all sorts of kitchen appliances, big TV, sound system, airconditioning in all rooms, Netflix, name it. Great host, best I've met (and I met quite a lot...), caring, discreet and considerare for whatever you need (where to go, what to visit, which restaurants and taverns, suggesting lications with spectacular views). Definitely a place to go, whether as a couple or with kids.

The most elegant and beautiful place to enjoy the magic of Kavala

Still I'm closing my eyes and I'm right there,at the beautiful balcony, enjoying the sun,the magnificent view of Kavala.Location is excellent,few steps from the beach and the sea as well as a 10 minute walk from the city centre.Parking places are spacious so you don't need to worry about that.You step inside into the housewarming atmosphere that Mr Dimitris has created, you'll get amazed at the fully equipped kitchen,the elegant dining room and the most relaxing bathtub.Second floor,is where the magic happens.A huge living room and a top technology sound system to enjoy your time on TV.A king size bed to fully enjoy your sleep and recover from your trip.And I can't emphasize enough about the balcony,you do have to come and check it yourself.A sunny experience,a warm and cozy house to escape and enjoy the pure of beauty of Kavala

wow. Just a perfect place to spend really nice time. Really nice. Perfectly refurbished modern house with beautiful view. Everything you need is simply there. However - if you look for really quiet noisless place then this is not for you. The noise of the city is still there but you won"t mind, in fact you will love it. The place is close to the old center, the shop is nearby also, beach 3 mins by car or taxi. I would recommend to the owner to take one microwave owen for the kitchen. It would be usefull:) Bonus is: fast Wifi, home cinema, Netflix and welcome beers and fruits... and discounts in nearby fish restaurant ....you will love it :)
