first floor offers a wonderful master bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes, private terraces with sea views and bright modern bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath. Also on this floor are 3 further bedrooms 2 twins, 1 double and a further full bathroom. The second floor has a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom, private terrace and great views across Marbella and down to the sea. The lower floor has stunning cinema room with seating for up to 6 along with state of the art technology. There is also a great games room / bar which offers, pool table, table tennis, table football and a punch bag to work off any extra calories.
The walled garden, has a 7m x4m swimming pool ,a brick and stone Gazebo with a brick Barbecue, and toilet area.So you can stay out side throughout the day without having to venture inside.

Wonderful property, walking distance to the water and all stores that you need. We were greeted by Laura who showed us around, and even took us to the grocery store for done essentials as we arrived later at night. The location is incredible and they were so quick to answer questions and offer support. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Marbella

Large family holiday. Grandparents, two sets of parents and 3 grandkids. Pool with pool fence courtesy of owners. Great villa, spacious, clean and well looked after. Games room was great, pool used all the time, outdoor dining and nice gas barbecue. Plus so easy to walk to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, playground, beach and shops. Host was great to communicate with and local English house manager was terrific. So helpful and easy to contact. We had a problem with having some many air con units running simultaneously (so hot in August) and she dashed over to help resolve straight away. Great villa holiday in a great residential family setting. Thank you.

We were a family group of seven adults and two young children in Marbella for a family wedding celebration. The location of the villa was perfect being close to shops, restaurants and the old town. The beach and port are only a short 10/12 minute walk away. The villa was beautifully clean and the Khan’s made booking and welcome so easy. The facilities were well appreciated by all and it was hard to move from the villa because it was so comfortable.

We stayed for a family wedding, there were 12 adults. The villa is ideal for walking into old town, the beach and just mooching about. It is up a small hill which is fine and just down the hill is a supermarket. The villa itself was very well equipped, when the kettle gave up, Sarah the owner replaced it the very same afternoon. So very grateful to the owners for being amazingly accommodating and helping us find a hairdresser too Could not fault it.

On the positive side the location was excellent and the villa is great for a group but it is showing signs of age and in need of a refurb. We had small issues including a bathroom leak and fans not working and on the final day the internet went down so no TV on the final day of the premiership lol. But the communication was excellent and the host did try and fix these issues so full credit to them for this, they were lovely people.

Our stay at this marvelous Marbella villa exceeded even our highest expectations! We were a family of ten whose ages ranged from 2 to 75, and this beautiful villa met our every need. Not only did the plentiful bedrooms and baths accommodate us perfectly, the living spaces were ideal. We celebrated 2 special occasions on the outdoor verandas and kitchen. And daily we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lovely gardens. This villa is extremely well located and walkable to both the Old Town and the beaches. Our gracious hosts, Sarah and Aquil, were extremely hospitable and helpful on every level. They met us with welcoming smiles and quickly responded to any questions we had. Our family highly recommends this fabulous villa and genuinely hopes that we can return one day!

Perfect position to get to Old Town and the beach both within walking distance the house is spacious and as described but being honest the whole place is very tired and in need of some love and attention but this did not spoil our family stay just a fair observation and any requests we had were dealt with in a very quick and helpful manner

Wow, what a place to stay for 10 nights! The location was incredible with all amenities just a stone’s throw away, the beach a 15 minute walk away, the beautiful old town a 15 minute walk away, and Puerto Banus 25 mins walk away (7 minute cab ride). The hosts Aquil and Sarah were extremely friendly upon arrival, and extremely approachable and responsive over What’s App. The villa itself was perfect, the 12 of us ranging from 3 years old to 78 years old had the best time. We highly recommend this villa, snap it up quick!

Very spacious villa with an excellent swimming pool and sun bathing space. Well equipped with 4 TVs, heating and air conditioning and modern kitchen and bathrooms. Good supply of towels for showers and swimming.Just one word of warning, be very careful on the front steps after rain as they are super slippy. The owners and their son Kaleem were very helpful and accommodating.

We went as a family to celebrate my 60th. We booked 3yrs ago but, because of Covid, we had to keep changing the date. Sarah & Aquil were brilliant. From the moment we booked to check out, they were so helpful. Villa was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday.

Perfect Property for a large family - This was an ideal property for large family ages 15 to 75.

It was very easy working with the Khans, who were responsive and informative. Property – was clean and everything was in good working order. Location – had a market, bakery and coffee shop near-by (5 mins), making it easy to stock the refrigerator. The house was a short walk (10 mins) to the old town, restaurants and beaches. Dinners – we messaged with the Khans regarding a personal chef they have used. We had several people with food allergies and our touring schedule was full, often returning to the house after 1900. The Khans suggested Scott Taylor and his team, this was the best decision we could have made. Cocktails and meals were ready when we returned to the house and we could quickly relax. More importantly the dinners were great. Overall the property worked well and we are considering returning next year.

A beautiful villa a stones throw from the old town with everything you need. The outdoor pool area is absolutely beautiful and there’s plenty of space for the family. Most of all the hosts Sarah and Aquil went above and beyond to make our stay a great one welcoming us on arrival with a Beautiful fruit bowl and Prosecco. We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful villa which is in a perfect location for shops and restaurants and the city centre just a short walk away. The hosts were so helpful before and during our stay. The garden area is beautiful and perfect for socialising and relaxing and the large, well equipped kitchen was ideal for evenings staying in and enjoying the fabulous barbecue area. Great space for a large group. Games room and cinema allowed family to have loads of fun. Pool and outdoor barbecue are fantastic. We had no problems with any of the facilities provided, bedrooms are large with space on terrace for sun loungers. 5 min walk to Orange Square and local markets. Really enjoyed our week

We were a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 children ages 4-12), and the villa was perfect for us. The villa itself was beautiful and very clean, everything was just like in the pictures and in the description of the house. We enjoyed the big, modern kitchen and the good dining areas, and we prepared some meals in the villa just because it was so nice. The pool was perfect even for the smaller children, but big enough to satisfy even the adults, and we could all fit in the pool at the same time. There were enough sleeping space for all of us, and the bedrooms on the two upper floors had great views and balconies. The bedrooms in the basement are good for more privacy, but they of course lack the beautiful view. Since we stayed in August, and it was really hot, we enjoyed being outside so much that we didn't even have time to enjoy all the confortabilities that the villa could have provided (movie room, pool table, TV with all the channels you could ever wish for...). We wanted a holiday without renting a car, so the location was perfect since we could walk everywhere. Restaurants, the old town, beach, grocery stores, food market etc, everything within a 10-15 minutes walk. Sarah and Aquil were very helpful from the beginning, we got great quick answers to everything when planning the trip and upon arrival tips about restaurants and places to go. They even answered our small questions during our stay and made us feel very welcome. I can warmly recommend the villa to everyone, and wouldn't hesitate to go back there another year! Thank you Sarah and Aquil for such a pleasant stay!

From the minute we walked in and were shown around until we left, the owners could not do enough Easily big enough for the 9 adults and two children in our party without us ever feellng on top of each other There is a local supermarket and butchers only 200m away Orange square and the beach are only a 10 minute walk away with hundreds of bars/cafes. We went to the Orange tree restarant and Ban Thia and both were great. Literally 200m from the house is a brilliant fish restaurant although they serve other dishes..highly recommend the fried fish platter. Back to the villa....pool was warm enough.BBQ area a great area to spend the night....kitchen huge. There is a downstairs area with bedroom and ensuite which is great for a family with children as it is separated The cinema room has 100's of dvds to use it is better than going to cinema. I could go on but if I could give 10 stars I would

I stayed here with my family back in April of this year. There was 12 of us in total ranging from age 3 to 73 and this house meeted everyone's needs. The house is located 7 minutes walk from the old town, which is full of fantastic restaurants and shops. There is also a large supermarket located just less than a 5 minute walk away. Most days we had breakfast and lunch in the house as we had everything we needed to comfortably prepare meals for such a large group. The house has a large kitchen and a choice of two large dining areas, indoors and outdoors. A key feature of this house has to be it's entertainment centre located on the lower ground floor. We had a couple of rainy days during the holiday and the cinema and games room came in very handy. During the sunnier days we spent our time lazing by the pool. I would recommend this property for anyone with a large family or group, as I mentioned there was 12 of us and we never once felt on top of each other. Thank you again Aquil and Sarah

We made our booking back in October 2016 and all communications with the owners (Aquil and Sarah) since then have been very prompt, friendly and helpful. At the end of Janaury 2017 we spent a weekend in Marbella and paid a brief visit to the villa, receiving a warm welcome from the owners plus a guided tour of the property and grounds. Our entire family arrived for the one week holiday at the villa on 8 April and were welcomed by Laura, who showed everyone the villa's features and facilities, which are many. The location is perfect, being about a 10-minute walk to the centre of Marbella and beach, with a good selection of shops and restaurants within a few minutes stroll. There is a good local bus service affording easy and low-cost access to other places of interest, such as Puerto Banus, Estepona, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos. There were 11 of us in total, aged between 10 and 69, and we all found the experience wonderful and one to remember for years to come. Many thanks to Aquil and Sarah. Thoroughly recommended!

The owners meet us at the property and were very helpful informing us of all we needed to know during our stay. We had three teenagers with us and we had a great time using the pool and also the cinema room gym play area. we would def book this villa again the location is great and the villa offers all the mod cons required. We have just spent ten nights at this wonderful villa!! We were a party of eight adults and six young children and on arrival we were greeted by the owners Aquil & Sarah which was a nice personal touch. There was ample room for us and we never felt on top of each other, the children loved the pool and the little play house!! Location wise was fairly central to Marbella and a nice stroll took you down to the port or to the wonderful little shops and restaurants off orange square! Cannot wait until we can make a return visit - this villa has everything we could wish for!!! Thanks again to Aquil & Sarah for sharing your home with us.

What can I say about Casa Khan? It was wonderful! The owners are such special people. They helped us with everything we needed, even giving us the name of a hairdresser. All of us, 14 people, would return to this Villa in a heart-beat. It had everything you could wish for in a Villa rental. We made good use of the BBQ grill next to the pool. The location is perfect. Everyday, the group would go off into different directions, someone would walk into town to go shopping, another would head to the beach (walking distance), some would go for a lunch. The location makes it so easy, most of us rented cars but only used them to come from the airport and then drive them back. If you are looking for a Villa for a large group, this is the place.

Both Sarah and Aquil were very welcoming and gave us the grand tour ensuring that we knew how to operate everything in their beautiful home- which was very well equipped and also very clean. The property itself is in a wonderful location, it is quiet but walking distance to the old town as well as the beach. We enjoyed walking to dinners and strolling through beautiful Marbella with our large group without having to worry about parking or enjoying a sangria or wine with dinner! Very convenient location and honestly we also just enjoyed staying in. The pool is wonderful and Sarah + Aquil have many lounge chairs and comfortable sitting chairs to enjoy the garden. They also have a covered outdoor sitting area with a large table and BBQ, which we also enjoyed one evening. While the outdoor space and location of the villa is what has me dreaming of going back, the indoor space is also wonderful. From the top two levels of the home you have views of the ocean and three of the bedrooms have private terraces! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and I would recommend your villa to anyone vacationing in Marbella! We loved it!
