The place was beautiful. I think it was a better choice than staying in Amalfi town itself as it seemed crowded with tourists.
After a busy day of exploring it was nice to head back home and enjoy the beautiful property with grape vines, veggie patches and a cute cute dog who led us to our door every evening and a couple cats. The mini mart was 10 min walk and was handy as not really anywhere to go out to eat close by for breakfasts. Lovely to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. We walked usually 45 minutes to Amalfi town and then opted to catch the 1.50 euro bus home (bus timetables provided in the apartment) however I found the bus ride extremely nerve wracking.. they drive fast up those high windy roads so we choose to spend the evenings in Pogerola itself. It was a lovely 15 min walk uphill and not as much traffic up there so the walk felt safe. We tried 3 of the 4 restaurants: Rispoli , Capennina were fantastic! Gerrys pub was a lower price point but also good food. Bruno restaurant looked more expensive and more seafood (did not try that one). The walk each morning down to Amalfi was all part of the experience. Although the bus was an option I Loved the walk. Just down the hill a bit on the road and then you take the path next to the church (away from the rd) . Some great views. The apartment also had a few pantry items stocked (leftovers from other travelers I presume) eg olive oil, spices, tomato paste etc. We too left a few items. Also highly recommend not overpacking. We left our main luggage in Naples and took a back pack only. The pintour bus from naples airport is a great choice to get to and from the apartment as it stops in Pogerola. On the way there we asked the driver to stop at the hotel grand excelsior next door which was great . the host met us as we exited the bus and showed us to the apartment which would have been difficult to find maybe as it wasnt labelled (just a small gate off the windy road)
Obviously the steps up out of the property are arduous but am sure most places in the area are similar. The fry pan was extremely sticky. A newer non stick one and better egg flipper would be great, the deck chairs outside seemed a bit broken and old.

Casa Martina está ubicado en la parte alta de Amalfi (Pogerola), por eso la vista es espectacular... Agostina se mostró todo el tiempo atenta y pendiente de nuestra llegada, porque debía coordinar la entrega de llaves. En la habitación hay una cocina con nevera grande y artículos para café, tazas, platos. Agostina nos dejó barritas de cereal, panes, café, leche y agua. En la propiedad hay gatos y una perrita del vecino que fue muy amorosa. Considerar que para ir a la parte baja de Amalfi hay que tomar bus, Agostina puede facilitarles los horarios del bus y preferiblemente compren los tickets con anticipación en el bar en Pogerola. Cerca de la propiedad hay restaurantes. El uber es muy caro en la zona
Considerar que para llegar a la propiedad, hay que bajar muchos escalones y talvez para adultos mayores o personas con movilidad reducida, no sea la mejor opción. Nosotros somos una pareja de 42 y 47 años y lo logramos! Pero no hay acceso vía silla de ruedas o si estás considerando ir con adultos mayores.
La luz tiene es las escalinatas para llegar a la habitación tiene sensor de apagado pero no de encendido y no es muy fácil ubicar dónde encender la luz, íbamos con la linterna del celular para alumbrarnos
Con respecto al parqueadero, consideren que los estacionamientos son muy pequeños en la zona y muy escasos, preferible no alquilar vehículo y transportarse en bus. La propiedad no cuenta con estacionamiento propio

Casa Martina is a tranquil refuge from the bustle of Amalfi yet close and convenient enough to get to the beaches. The view is stunning. Very peaceful location with the vineyard and lemon grove. It’s an authentic Amalfi Coast experience There’s an excellent affordable market 10! or so minutes by foot. Agostina our host was very kind, helpful and responsive: She had left some breakfast supplies there and cooking essentials. Wonderful place to stay!!

The view was nice and the apartment is located at a quiet place. Amalfi is easy reachable by bus.
I don’t like to complain, but: The kitchen could use a refresh. The sandwich maker wasn’t working unfortunately. What is not clear, that this is a studio. So there is no wall between the kitchen and bedroom. If you are sensitive to noises, the fridge might disturb you.
Unfortunately we had a less pleasant experience. We had a mouse in the apartment (in the kitchen). We informed the host, they cleaned it the next day, but they weren’t open to a monetary compensation.
