Beautiful property with stunning view!

The available off street parking, not really regulated and the absence of toiletries, washing products,iron and hairdryer

dalla colazione del mattino fino al relax notturno il terrazzo vista mare ha proprio il suo perché … siamo a due chilometri dal centro di Amalfi in un appartamentino ottimale per la vacanza sulla Costiera giacché soggiornare in paese significherebbe stare in un permanente e chiassoso carnevale turistico… invece così ci si gode la view e un silenzio irreale poiché la casetta è in una stradina chiusa, raggiungibile solo attraverso una scalinata per gli spostamenti vietata totalmente la macchina (la circolazione è infernale e si hanno le stesse possibilità di trovare parcheggio quanto di vincere al Superenalotto) passa un autobus ogni ora (1,50€) e poi ci sono i vaporetti e le barche  che collegano i paesi della costa (quelli un po’ più costosi)

Locatia are o panorama excelenta.Gazda a fost amabila ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie.

The view was great, but overall I didn’t feel comfortable here – the place didn’t give me a good vibe.

On Booking there aren’t enough details about this property, which I think is misleading. For example, there is no dedicated parking for the apartment, you just have to rely on finding a spot on the street. There are also no clear instructions about where to throw away the garbage when you leave. Another big issue: you cannot use the air conditioning, the washing machine, and the shower at the same time, otherwise the power goes out. This happened to us, and instead of being helpful, the owner seemed annoyed that we called him to fix it – as if I was supposed to know the electrical panels in his own house. Also says there are “15 steps,” but in reality there are more – 15 are only inside the building where the apartment is located. The apartment itself had a lot of humidity, visible on the lower parts of the walls. The AC units clearly need maintenance, especially the one in the living room, which smelled of mold when turned on. Although the apartment is dog-friendly, it wasn’t clear where pets were actually allowed outside, which made things confusing. The location itself is beautiful, but it’s not well maintained – lots of untrimmed grass and a general sense of neglect. To me, the place felt overrated. It has potential and could be lovely, but as it is now, we didn’t feel comfortable during our stay.
