Wonderful, I would recommend this gorgeous studio to anyone.

A beautiful compact studio that had everything we could possibly need. Very cosy and warm. A great location with a fabulous local pub down the road.

It's personal choice I know but I found the pillows uncomfortable, I am used to feather pillows at home. However the bed was extremely comfortable.

Lovely place to stay near Burford

Really cosy and comfortable. Everything needed was available. Lovely view from the windows. A nice walk into Burford with lovely shops and restaurants.

Washing up was slightly tricky. TV was too small to see properly from the sofa.

Ideal place in an idyllic location

This property had everything we need for our stay and the local info from our host was much appreciated. I was daft enough to leave a couple of items behind when we left and these were posted to my home address. We hope to stay again whrn next in the area

3 night stay

Great location for visiting the Cotswolds. Lovely view from the windows. Comfortable bed. Very clean and well presented. Clear instructions for arrival. Amazing facilities for such a small flat.

I could see the sloping ceilings from the photos so wasn't surprised that we hit our heads on the ceiling a few times. I hadn't appreciated that the shower was in a wet room with the toilet. There was more road noise than we are used to. There is no TV reception so TV can only be watched through apps on the internet. We couldn't get into ITVX at all as an id was set up, presumably by a previous occupant, with a pin and password and there seemed to be no way to remove this or add a new id. BBC iPlayer and more4 were fine.

Extremely small, hit head a couple of times on ceiling. Shower is literally over the toilet, so making the bathroom run at night very wet and cold under foot. Noisy traffic at times.

Lovely studio in great convenient location.good for short stay

Location for visiting burford town and surrounding areas was excellent. Bed was very comfy. Having a parking space was a bonus. Great facilities, everything you need for a short break.

No mention of the busy road right next to the property in the write up. Nights were quite noisy. Didn’t like using the same sink to do my teeth in and then the dishes. The studio itself was lovely with everything provided. Attention to detail tho. When we arrived it looked like the kettle hadn’t been wiped down or the mirrors and also the sink was a bit grubby. Grouting in shower discoloured and the door frosting was cracked around the handle. The windows need a good clean, I see a previous guest had also mentioned this.

Lovely compact studio finished to a high standard

Finished to a very high standard & very comfortable. Great base for exploring the Cotswolds.

With the very warm weather we needed to keep the windows open overnight & unfortunately it’s very close to the main road so there was considerable traffic noise.

Modern eco comfort.

The bed was super comfy with top-quality bedding, including French linen sheet and duvet cover. All of the appliances and accessories in the apartment were of the highest quality, and the coffee machine was supplied with a more than generous supply of coffee pods. We also appreciated the eco ethic that included compostable paper rubbish bags. It was very hot during our stay, but all of the windows had black out blinds, and there was a fan.

The only thing that we didn't appreciate was the traffic noise. If we hadn't needed the windows open at night, it would probably have been OK as they are all double glazed.

Lovely place, perfect for couples.

The place is so safe that the studio was open and our keys were inside. Beautiful views of the town, easy ti get to the rest of the Cotswolds, great owners who make sure we had everything we needed, great customer service. Very clean, everything in its place, comfy bed and all we needed to eat and drink inside, we loved it.

Comfortable studio, excellent location for visiting the Cotswolds.

Close to Burford with all its amenities, but in a quiet place away from the town centre. It was good to be self-contained, could prepare own breakfast and get out early to visit local attractions. Could also use the kitchenette to prepare snacks. Lots of hot water and a good shower, comfortable bed.

The property itself was excellent, and there is a nice pub restaurant 5 minutes walk

The road outside although not that busy can be noisy, especially if hot weather and you have the windows open. It is not a problem if you are used to road noise, but not so good if you are not used to it

Owners were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Extremely small. Combined shower and wc. Bathroom basin and kitchen washing up facilities were combined. No dining table and chairs as the loft is too small to accommodate this furniture. Should described more accurately.
